The staff was extremely friendly and hospitable. I felt comfortable staying there immediately. Every single person I interacted with was wonderful. They make you feel like you're staying at a luxury hotel.

Perfect location (right on the shore of the lake, city center and railway station within walking distance), friendly and helpful staff, a wide selection of food for breakfast, delicious dinner with 3 types of dishes to choose from each evening, facilities for kids and toddlers (including inside and outside toys), unbeatable prices at the bar, which is open late, free parking, stable and fast wi-fi connection, spacious rooms.

A bit pricey for a 2-star hotel (but still money well spent if you take the half-board, free parking, and the fact that everything can be reached under 10-15 minutes, plus the proximity of the lake into account), uncomfortable bed mattress and pillows, no daily cleaning or replacing your towels (the staff only takes out the trash by default), not enough racks for drying your stuff, most rooms (and the dining hall) only accessible by climbing stairs.
