Adequate.

Convenient when visiting Autodesk in same building. Staff very helpful. Kitchen area has all the things needed for self servicing.

The property is dated and needs refurbishment. The bed was hard. Hot water heater switch not well labelled so got turned off resulting in cold shower. Drain in bathroom sinks very slow to drain.

An ideal apartment with great facilities from which to explore Singapore.

What we particularly liked was the ease with which we could MRT from this apartment all over Singapore. The apartment was spacious and clean. The staff were extremely professional and very helpful. Having a large food hall, a supermarket and other shops in the building was very useful.

I will definitely book this spot again.

I really liked the location, and how close the mrt was. The staff were also friendly and very helpful. The room was amazing, and had just as amazing room cleaning.

It was a bit difficult to find the lobby from outside.

comfortable and homey

I love that it is so spacious, it is almost like a second home. love that it is conveniently located right above a mall.

Probably the lack of facilities. If they had a swimming pool, that would be great!

Fooled by Citadines offering on booking.com (2 adults +1 kid published & booked, but not offered)

Room got booked via Booking.com as a 2 adults+1 child room. However at arrival it turned out the room was only for 2 adults. Staff at reception mentioned it was not possible to add an extra bed. However there was sufficient room to do so. I left my wife and kid in the room for the night and went out in town searching for an emergency room elsewhere for myself. The next day I insisted at the staff/reception supervisor to add an extra bed. Only with intervention of the reception manager this was done. However I had to pay extra for the bed and my request for a commercial gesture was only partially met with a small discount. It costed me ultimately S$85 extra per night excl taxes. Citadines claimed this was not their fault. Bottom line: I have been fooled by Citadines via booking.com with a 2+1 booked room where I had to look for an emergency solution myself for 1 night and where I had to pay a significant extra cost for a bed. I strongly recommend Citadines + Booking.com to correct this offering on the website(s) to prevent recurrence for other customers!

Comfortable but pricey stay

Accessible location, huge rooms with balcony, airy with windows opened

Furnishing felt a bit cheap for the price paid, we also found a giant cockroach in the kitchen on the first night we moved in, had to handle the situation ourselves and call room service to send the pest control the next day.

It was decent, needs some updates.

The room was clean and fitted well since it also had a kitchen. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

There were some stains on the carpet and the bathroom door has some serious discoloration (mold?) on the door. Also, my bed mattress was sunken in in the middle. I also didn't care for some of the blinds on the bed level I could not lower so I felt a bit exposed.

Great place to stay for a family

The location is central to all shops and an restaurants. The One North MRT station is located at the basement and provides easy access to the city centre. The staff are very friendly and incredibly helpful.

Very nice stay, with minor details to improve this hotel could be a 5 star one day

The rooms are modern, with luxury touches The fridge has a great size, the oven / microwave is a bonus at the Grand loft The clothes washing machine is perfect There are 2 bathrooms conveniently in the grand loft The upstairs blackout curtains are electric, very convenient and flashy Staff is very friendly and prompt service

The A/C is right above the main bed and the draft is very strong even on the lowest setting There is very limited cuttlery / crockery, it would have been great to at least cater for 4 people per room There is no toaster, no dishwasher, prepare to keep washing your dishes and buy disposables if you have any visit. There are no wine glasses. The balcony in the deluxe bedroom had no furniture at all. There is no clothes hanger on either rooms The bathroom on the deluxe room is upstairs which is very inconvenient for overnight usage.

Great place to stay for the independent minded

Great location. Right above the MRT so easy to get around. The rooms have a balcony which is great to enjoy the Singapore evenings

You do have to realise there is no restaurant or facilities except a gym available. For us that's not a problem with so many eating and drinking choices within 10 minutes

Nice interior and exterior. Quiet and convenient

Room and kitchen were dirty. Housekeeping staff were rude.

3 nights stay with a toddler

Quality mattress, quality baby cot, impeccable facilities in room, good coverage of air conditioning, very strategic location being just above one-north mrt station

Carpets in walkway have a musk smell, heater in downstairs bathroom is not functioning well (starts of hot, after 5 minutes becomes cold)
