Large clean room, warm helpful host, great location near beach and old town

Lovely place! Giovanna was very kind and helpful. Great location, between the historic town and the beach.

Due to the late arrival, our check in was at 00:10. This was not a problem for the owners, who met us outside the apartment. The room has everything you need: 3 towels, bathroom necessities, hairdryer (you can ask for an iron), comfortable bed, huge wardrobe and AC. Very good sun curtains/windows: the sun won't wake you up in the morning! Breakfast is classic for B&B in Sardinia: yoghurt, croissant, marmalade, ham/cheese and biscuits. The hosts make their own coffee (they even whip up the milk for the cappuccino - very nice). The breakfast area is in the courtyard - it's very nice, convenient and pleasant!!! Having breakfast outdoors, in the shadow and enjoying the gentle breeze of the summer breeze is wonderful! Very convenient location: close to the beach, a restaurant with the best fish dishes and it's a 10 minute walk to the old town. There is a bus stop nearby which took us to/from the airport, as well as to other places in the Alghero area. There are several other rooms on the floor with you, so the quietness depends on them. The walls are quite soundproof, but if your neighbors are very noisy - the questions are not for the owners, but for the neighbors. All of our neighbors came for holidays by the sea, so we were quiet and after sunny days and walks - we got a very good night's sleep. The owners are very adaptable: if you don't want to be disturbed they won't ask you any questions. But if you want to know more about Alghero or Sardinia, or where the best local restaurants and entertainment are, they will answer all your questions and give you the maps and books you need. You won't go unanswered!!! I am delighted with the stay and will definitely be booking this accommodation next time. RECOMMENDED!!!

The windows look out onto a small courtyard road, but in the morning you can hear the cars passing by (but don't worry, I'm talking about 1-2 cars an hour).

Big room and bathroom. Low price. Central position. Nice breakfast. Kind owners.

Reception is not staffed 24/7. No card accepted. Beware that this is a flat where each room was turned into a B&B room: it worked fine for me but it is good to know.
