Ce fut un séjour magnifique l'appartement était spacieux propre tres fonctionnel il y a une machine à laver je suis revenu avec mon linge propre ( tres important) le lit grand et très confortable le salon est si grand que mon fils jouait au foot .la piscine la salle de sport le sauna juste incroyable ce que j'ai aimé c'est le parfum qu'ils difusaient dans les couloires de l'hôtel ça sentait trop bon tres propre le ménage et la vaisselle était faire chaque matin .il y a une mosquee à quelque mètres de l'hôtel on entend le adan( j'ai priais de ma chambre avec l'imam tellement on entendais bien )mashallah.

Tout était parfait sauf peut-être être l'horaire de fermeture du sauna et piscine qui jusqu'à 20h seulement dommage car après les activités on tardait et une séance de sauna aurai était parfaite.

Staff is very helpful.. they guide us.

One lady who worked in kitchen need to talk more politely. We are not saying she is bad, may be its her way of talking but we feel that.

Staff are so kind to visit again.

The rooms and the bed are big and clean.

Hot water didn't become enough hot to take a shower. I wish if the breakfasts had been more delicious.

Overall my family and I had an enjoyable experience.

The staff was very helpful and kind. They generally responded to any requests promptly. The breakfast was good but could use improvements.

The beds were not very comfortable. Bathrooms were run down and can use some upgrades. Add more items or change breakfast items because it got very repetitive. It was too far away from certain parts of Dubai and we ended up driving a ton.

big Size Room suitable for family with kids

Size of the Rooms, professional staff, quite area, excellent for family with kids and value for the money.

The surrounded Area under construction, so it is recommended to have a car.

مكان عائلي والجناح واسع ، موظفين الاستقبال متعاونين وجميع العاملين فيه .. الشقه كل شي فيها من لوازم المطبخ ..

بعيد نوعا ما عن وسط دبي والابراج .. غلطنا ماحددنا خيار الجناح لغير المدخنين .. الباركيه يطلع صوت في بعض الغرف .. اللوبي كاتبين انهم شغالين على تحسينه

Kampamba's Family Vacation

The receptionist was very helpful. The washing machine wasn't working and certain things needed to be replaced and that was done in less than 20minutes! Their response time was quick and the breakfast was great! The apartment was very big and spacious!

The staff is very helpful and friendly. The apartment is very big.

the Building is very old. In the kitchen is very dark. There is also no oven. The smell in the building and in the room is a bit strong and unpleasant.

Maintenance guys Mr Tek and Mr Ruful are awesome in doing their routine maintenance works and support to the guests. Kind and caring reception staff.

We were unaware of VAT claim earlier and understood at the airport while leaving. and then we needed to have completed certain formalities at the Abidos which was not explained to us while our stay at Abidos. Abidos staff/receptionist could have guided more on this.

Nice hotel

In general it is good with spacious apartments and have nice polite friendly very helpful staff with quick response to your every need

Need for cleaning under furniture and more kitchen utensils since only the basics are provided ( like bowls, peeler, strainer, knife sharpener)

despite booking for six people they insisted on charging extra if we wanted more than 4 beds. they gave extra bedding for kids to sleep on the sofa
