Great location, spacious apartment, very friendly host/family.

It is a nice roomy apartment on first floor. The beds and linen were a good standard. The kitchen had all the pots pans and cutlery provided to enable meal to be cooked. Parking for two vehicles. Nice view over the town from the apartment. Wifi worked well. Home away from home feel. I would recommend providing your id on arrival as it is needed for the Stubai guest card (discounts). Would definitely revisit if available. Oh and tell her if you need bread as it can be delivered .. apparently. We thought it good value. Photos on booking were accurate.

There is no ski room as such. There is lockup next to the garage but we warmed our boots in the hall next to the hearth. There is no ski bus handy from the apartment. We drove to the Glacier and Schlick as it was more convenient as there was plenty of parking.

bread delivery every morning was a nice touch, the host was great, we love how spacious the house was.

The apartment is very cozy and quite large. The location is very good, close to the village and with a beautiful view on the mountains and the village from the balcony. The house was very clean and the family Mair was really friendly to help us with anything we needed. They even arranged two baby beds and two baby chairs for our baby twins (as well as various toys).

Nice and helpful landlords. Every day the landlady brought us fresh bread, and after skiing we came to the hot apartment because the owners had fire in the fireplace before. Very clean. We had a good time in this place. Thank You
