Ideal place for families and long stays: great location and outstanding service.

The location is perfect, the staff extremely nice, the cozy lobby, and many amenities. The room is perfect for long stays, comfortable, and large enough for a 4-member family. The Wi-Fi is good, there are many restaurants around Parque de la 93, and you can walk around the area, which seems very secure. The staff makes you feel at home and knows you by name on the first day. Breakfast is early enough for flights and early risers and very complete.

I had some difficulty getting into the bathtub (it is high), but you get used to it.

It was my second stay; looking forward to coming back soon.

The hotel staff was fantastic, very helpful and friendly. The facilities were in mint condition and everything seems to be thought to the detail which I found very pleasant. The overall service is unbelievably good.

The restaurant made a huge mess the only time I wanted their service, what they did was beyond disappointing. However, as it wasn’t an essential part of my stay, I won’t discredit the hotel per se.

Exceptional service from check-in to check-out

93 Luxury Suites is located in a great neighbourhood, close to many restaurants, but just far enough away to be relatively quiet. Our suite wasn't quite ready when we arrived, so we were directed to the lobby bar, where we were treated to any welcome drink we could think of. Our 2 bedroom suite was very spacious and well equipped, with both bedrooms having ensuite bathrooms. The beds were very comfortable. The buffet breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of food options. The hotel arranged for a large Mercedes transit van at a very reasonable price to take the four of us to the airport as we departed. All the staff we encountered were extremely friendly and helpful.

The master bedroom had a step-up tub/shower that could prove very difficult to access for someone without a good deal of agility.

Location, attention to detail and did I mention location. Always a perfect stay

As a frequent guest with many stays over the last 6 years it's nice to see they're continually updating and upgrading the property and the rooms. Still with the attention to detail that I have been used to over the years. Thank you to the entire staff I always feel like I'm coming home when I arrive in Bogota at the property

excellent, clean, service absolutely incredible. I would stay here again.

There was a party in the floor above and people making noise all night. However, concierge once contacted were able to promptly quiet them down. this was excellent.

Very spacious room and excellent location but no central heating in the rooms

The location was perfect for me - 1 min walking from my office and several restaurants around. Breakfast was very good as well and the staff very friendly. The room was extremely spacious as well - it was more like a 1-bedroom apartment.

The rooms have no central heating and Bogotá tends to be always cold. I requested a heater multiple times and nothing was provided.

First class place to stay! The staff is fantastic.

One of the best places we have stayed, and we travel a lot. The staff is 10 plus, friendly cordial and so pleasant. Very well trained. Beautiful hotel, with a great location, and very spacious rooms. This is a Ritz Carton-type property without the price! We felt very at home here.

Another lovely stay at this wonderful hotel. The staff are the true gems of the place.

Very comfortable and spacious unit. Big windows that allowed plenty of light and enjoyed the balcony. Beds were very comfy and breakfast was tasty.

Breakfast area seems small for amount of guests.

Robinson and overall service

there is confusion with the kitchen and serving staff. The front desk says breakfast service ends at 10:00am. The kitchen people at 9:50 were putting food away and would not seat three different groups of people and sent me away with attitude. So desk made it understood they they would serve people past 10am with you were there. a couple kitchen staff (servers) were visually angry that people arrived.
