Location, breakfast, swimming pool

the fridge wasn’t working properly, no shower curtain, beds were a bit hard, the safe was not connected to power so not usable

Very tasty, good breakfast and romantic place for breakfast. Room with sea view without extra charging. Very friendly owner - we had latte fight, ask for a late checkout and while the room was booked for late come was free of charge. Very friendly staff. Location is on the middle of the mountain, so every morning fantastic sunrise, only 10 minutes walking to the beach.

It was the perfect location for our honeymoon! The owner of the place was super nice and always ready to help us and answer our questions. The Villa itself was very cute, nicely decorated and we really liked our room! It was small but had everything we needed and the view on the sea and the mountain was exceptional. The breakfasts were big and delicious and there was something different every day! The area was perfectly quiet and the swimming pool on the terrace was a great place to rest and relax. The rooms were cleaned very frequently.

We could see that some small renovations are needed, for example in the bathrooms, but we did not mind it at all! :)

This place is magical. Good beach is nearby, the hill and sunrises are something you need to see

Everything was not bad until one morning accident. I was dressed in a T-shirt and shorts, and I was eating my breakfast, sitting on the chair, pulling my legs toward me. I don’t think that it was something indecent in my pose. I was near the area of swimming pool, where people were supposed to sunbathe, moreover, there were nobody in front of me: no visitors and no tables. But the staff lady didn’t think so. She came to me and said: “Just one comment, don’t sit this way, you are a girl”. After that another man from the staff came and said: “don’t put your legs on the chair, people are supposed to sit here”. Common! My feet was clean, my flip-flops were on the floor. I don’t think that staff should learn tourists, how they should sit.

Everything, room superclean everyday, great position in general considering moving around the island and close to the local beach. Breakfast 10/10, host very kind. Go for this place in Santorini!

Good localisation - near the bus stop, shops, taverns, 5 minutes from the beach. Calm and nice atmosphere. Room was clean, sheets were changed very often. We thank Larissa for her help and advice.

Breakfast was poor the room was with old furniture and the lady who is almost responsible of everything there doesn't speak English but so helpful the owner was kinda strict and treating us like soldiers we asked him for a taxi to come at 4 am to catch our flight he said the guy will be there on time we kept waiting for the driver and never came and there was no one at the reception at night to ask for another driver we walked out of the property and we were lucky finding a supermarket opening 24/7 asked him if he know a taxi driver and we got there on time after getting stressed

Great little town, the hotel is lovely, quaint and calm. The owners arranged for us to have breakfast early on our last day and for our airport transfer (20 euros in a taxi, great value and you arrive in 20 mins!). The pool is fabulous with no one looking in on you like other places on the seafront. The place was immaculate and don't miss out on the fabulous (while beating healthy and balanced) breakfast.

Basic accommodation, the shower was slightly leaky but nothing serious and the quality of the stay far exceeded our expectations concerning value for money, location and the kindness of the owners towards us.

The property is about a 7/8 minute walk from the the beach and the staff are exceptional. They cannot do enough to help you. I loved my stay there.

There was nothing I didn’t like.

- Shower was very slow - bathroom was dated, toilet struggled to flush - Otherwise is a nice place to stay, and the host is nice. The air con was also a bit diff to control

Pretty much everything, the place sits on a hill where you can see everything from the balcony, great and clean view to the sea, close to the beach and the center of Kamari, quiet place, tasty breakfast, clean pool, great owner, the price is freaking amazing, you certainly get a lot more than what you pay for! Will definitely be coming again!

In the last day we got towels that had some white powder on them, only one small trash can in the bathroom, also you don't choose the breakfast but it's very tasty

The location of villa Anneta was perfect for us and just a 5 minute walk from the beach and restaurants. The owners were very accommodating and helped us in any way they could during our stay. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was really nice!

The staff is very friendly, helpful, and extremely nice. The location and the view are amazing. It felt very cozy.

The host was very nice and waited for us even if we arrived after the "time limit". In general, everything was ok.

The breakfast is basic and they do not give you any choice. The bed creaks and is not very comfortable.
