Very clean, friendly stuff
The location is not that bad, we wanted to be closer to the train station so and it’s a 7 minute walk. But the neighborhood is not that good, a lot of males, and if you’re a girl walking alone it can be very uncomfortable.

La posizione non è centralissima e tranquilla, in 20 minuti a piedi si è in centro, il tram parte da 300 metri. Nelle vicinanze ci sono alcuni ristoranti. Lo staff è gentile. Il parcheggio ampio.
Questa struttura nasce come casa di accoglienza, vorrei che le mie critiche siano intese in uno spirito costruttivo di miglioramento in quanto anche albergo, perchè l'idea, che sta dietro a questa struttura è nobile e non si discute.
La stanza è brutta, bianca sembra d'ospedale. Mobili bianchi usurati. Manca la presa vicino al letto, non c'è un appoggio in bagno. Il secchio in bagno è aperto, il muro vicino al letto e il soffitto sotto il condizionatore sono macchiati. Manca un fon e oramai uno si aspetta una bottiglietta d'acqua d'accoglienza. Non sono riuscito a regolare la temperatura in camera, che comunque è stata calda. A me piace uno scendiletto, ma questo è una questione personale, i mattoni bianco-grigi non mi hanno alzato il morale la mattina. Infine il getto della doccia era fortemente ridotto.

The place is really clean and definitely exceeded my expectations. Also it is very close to the train station. I was really happy to find this place.

The size and cleanness of the rooms was fabulous, with the beautiful view of 'Santuario di Sant'Antonino all'Arcella' which was located right next to the hotel.
nothing typical that I remember but those people who might come late with unexpected things (which often happens when you travel) will might feel uncomfortable with the hotel's check-in and -out policy, which they close the reception at 8pm.

Nice&clean room, friendly staff, private parking, pet friendly. Comfortable beds, which we really started to appreciate in Italy.
The people in the neighborhood were quite noisy during the night. We stayed there only for one night so it is hard to say if this is a normal thing.

Location is very good, Room cleaning every day. The train station near by. Quite area. The staff was communicative and hepful.
-Reception hours may be problem if your timetable does not match opening hours this may be problem for luggages.
-No fridge in the room.
-TV set is too small

The hotel was nice and if you travel by car, you can safely park it next to it for free. The room was ok, quite basic but clean. The advantage is that the hotel is really close to the train station (if you want to go to Venice by train) and it is not far if you want to walk to the center.

The place was spotless: very clean and neat. Also, the stuff was very helpful. I had an issue during my stay (I got a cancelled flight and needed to leave earlier than expected) and the stuff helped to make everything easier.

The property and the facilities are quite new. Everything was clean and the followed Covid protocols.
No breakfast available at the property, but there are some bars in the surroundings.
It has free Parking. Most of all I want to point out the staff of the hotel. They were very friendly and helpful.
Although the reception has fix hours to make the check in.

The location is excellent, close to the train station.
Cleanliness is at a perfect level.
We arrived at the accommodation at midnight, and since the reception is closed at that time, the staff prepared an envelope with keys and instructions for us.
We would definitely choose this location again.
