Good food, cooked breakfast was excellent.
The room was a good size, clean, and very warm, (we went in December).

Location is ideal for a night out in Dumfries.
The room was very dated, not very clean either. Bedding and towels ok but sink dirty, toilet didnt flush and shower temp was temperamental.

The staff were very nice the food was lovely and room was spotless would love to go back in the future.And on the plus side it was next to the town centre.

Room was very clean and good value for money, we had an early start so owner offered us a cooked breakfast earlier than usual. Couldn't fault it.
