originalité, charme et gentillesse.

Etablissement plein de charme. C'est une ancienne bâtisse en bois reconverti en hotel et en salon de thé. La décoration est superbe, on a l'impression de faire un bond en arrière dans le temps !!!. Il y a plusieurs salles de bains WC à partager sur le palier et ce n'est absolument pas gênant, au contraire, ca fait partie de l'ambiance. C'est à côté de la gare, Kemi étant une petite ville on peut tout faire à pied. Mais surtout il faut noter la gentillesse et la serviabilité du personnel

Jederzeit wieder! Super Erfahrung.

Das Hotel ist außergewöhnlich. Es ist sehr liebevoll und individuell eingerichtet und hat einen ganz besonderen Charme durch den sehr gut gepflegten Altbau. Das Hertta Café im Erdgeschoss ist der Frühstücksraum. Tagsüber bietet es allerlei Leckereien, die man von einem Café kennt. Man findet auch Herzhaftes wie Salate oder Sandwiches. Die Lage ist super für Bahnreisende: direkt am Gleis. Ich musste früh los, deswegen wurde mir abends das Frühstück in einer Kühlbox ins Zimmer gebracht. Es war alles dabei, was man sich wünscht. Das Personal war grossartig, super freundlich und hilfsbereit, witzig und sehr fürsorglich. Das Zimmer war gross und sehr gemütlich. Bin insgesamt sehr begeistert.

Es ist ein etwas hellhöriges Haus. Meine Zimmertür hat etwas geklemmt und es tat mir leid, dass nachts dadurch andere Gäste vielleicht gestört wurden.

Erittäin hyvä hinta-laatusuhteeltaan ja mainio sijainti.

Siistit tilat ja ihanasti sisustettu. Hintaan nähden oikein mainio yöpymispaikka. Kaikki tarpeellinen löytyi ja erityisen mukavaa oli saada autolle tolppapaikka. En jäänyt aamupalalle mutta mukaan ostamani täytetty sämpylä oli erinomainen!

Suihkussa vedet lähtevät helposti kohti ovea. Ehkä tähän voisi miettiä jonkun ratkaisun.

Prima plekje

Heerlijke kamer met prima bed. Goed ontbijt. Gezellige ambiance met de mix van treinreizigers. Vriendelijke mensen. Goede locatie midden in Kemi.

De gedachte dat de badkamer gedeeld wordt, is niet prettig. Maar in praktijk hebben we daar nauwelijks iets van gemerkt, omdat er maar één andere gast was.

Parfait pour découvrir Kemi le temps d'un week end

Le personnel est adorable, j'ai été très bien accueillie. Le petit déjeuner est bon et copieux. J'étais dans une chambre partagée, qui est très spacieuse, avec de l'espace et très bien aménagée ( 9 lits et pourtant il y a beaucoup d'espace et chacun peut avoir son intimité). L'hôtel se trouve juste à coté de la gare, et à proximité du centre, des commerces et de la mer, ce qui est très pratique. La décoration est mignonne et même en étant à proximité de la gare, je n'ai pas été dérangée par le bruit des trains.

Avoir un micro-onde à disposition serait parfait :)

Ihana yö viehättävässä historiallisessa rakennuksessa.

Loistava sijainti yleistä liikennettä ajatellen. Viehättävä ja mukava hotelli ja henkilökunta. Informatiivinen tekstiviesti myöhäisillan saapujille oli iloinen yllätys ja ohjeistus kuinka päästä sisään ja toimia selkeä.

Cozy stay close to the train station

The room was big, quiet even though it's in front of the railway. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. The building is pretty and the café downstairs really good.

There's no kitchen available to cook meal. There is a very small safe for a few things but no locker to put your bag/lugagge in.

Superb

Very nice and cosy small hotel, this was my second time in here. Breakfast is very good.

Keycard system did not work in one night, and it took a while to get help. Luckily it was not very cold weather.

A nice old wooden house right at the platform, tastefully decorated. We had a cosy room and a delicious breakfast in the cafe downstairs.

fantastic stay , would recommend to anyone visiting Helsinki for the first time .

very easy location right off the train line . having never been to Helsinki before my family and I had no problem navigating from the airport to the hotel via train. check in easy, restaurant at hotel was great, in fact we had the best salmon soup we had during our entire 10 day stay in Finland ( which is saying a lot since it appears to be a Finnish staple). history of hotel was fun to learn about .

Pretty good stay, despite the initial check in hiccups

It is located right by the Kemi train station, the property was well maintained. My train was leaving at 7 PM, and they were nice enough to let me extend my stay till then…very important especially since the Kemi train station itself is closed. The staff was overall pretty nice.

I had some issues checking in - their hours are limited, and they did not have self check in available (despite advertising it as such)…so, I was stuck waiting outside for almost 1.5 hrs in the cold, till someone could come and help me check in (and they were informed of my arrival time well in advance). Because the property basically closes by 5/6 PM, you’re kinda left on your own with not much nearby. And it’s more problematic when you can’t make local phone calls, since they have an emergency hotline.

Lovely hotel, lovely staff

Had a great stay at Puttiikihotelli! Very nice interior, easy self check-in and even though I had a group room it really felt like I was sleeping in a hotel. Calm but cozy vibe and the staff was super nice. The included breakfast was extensive and I even got yoghurt instead of porridge (not a fan) which was really delicious. Also they were OK with me checking out later than normal because my train left in the afternoon.

Railway noices was annoying. But hotel can't do anything about those.

Pretty hotel close to the railway station

The decoration in the hotel was really pretty, and the location was quite nice. Also, the bathroom was really warm, which also was quite nice.

The lockers could have been bigger. I was the only one in the room, so it didn't matter when I was staying there.

Gorgeous little gem

The hotel room was amazing, clean and beautifully furnished. Breakfast was fantastic and plenty. The bathrooms were very clean and spacious. 👍

Superb

Cozy boutique hotel near city center. Pretty & comfy guestrooms and super friendly staff. Felt like home.

I prefer in-room bathrooms. Also breakfast was very basic.
