Location was stunning… views amazing, manicured lawns and surroundings, super clean and neat. Breakfast buffet available but pricey; meals excellent; also pricey. Staff friendly and their English was good. Parking was good. Very close to Plitvice Park Lakes. Decent pizza restaurant just up the road.

Rooms in Villa Lika 1 were tiny and not well accessorized. No place to put luggage or much else. No amenities such as coffee maker or kettle or small fridge… no room for any of it.

Very friendly and welcoming. Comfortable accommodation. Excellent location walking distance to entrance 2 of Plitvice lakes. Good local pizzeria just up hill. Neighbouring villa offered breakfast, dinner and a bar.

It was a bit confusing as it was advertised as having a pool but the pool belonged to the neighbouring villa, we were allowed to use it but felt a bit of a favour. No free breakfast as advertised- this could again be purchased at neighbours for €15 a person.

It is perfectly clean and spacious and the beds are very nice but it is a bit sterile, especially the reception area which is light and big but feels a bit like a hospital waiting area:-). It is great that there is Villa lika behind villa lika 1, where you can enjoy a lovely breakfast, nice dinners and very friendly staff. Further, the location of both villas is great with nice views from the terrace and swimming pool.

Villa lika 1 is a bit sterile and lacks some atmosphere (except for the outside)

Close to the entrance of Mukinje. The restaurant is good.

The room is described as “This air-conditioned double room is comprised of a flat-screen TV with cable channels”. There is in fact an air conditioner installed in the room but the staff shut it down and there is no way for us to use it. I tried to ask the staff, an old lady, how to switch on the air-conditioner. She was a bit angry and tried to teach me it is not necessary to use air-conditioning inside a national park. I didn’t want to argue with her and went back to the room. I understand that there is indeed not necessary to use air-conditioner at night but when we arrived with a huge luggage in the afternoon at summer time, we expected to switch on the air-conditioner to cool down our bodies. Also, the Wifi signal is extremely weak, in which all online TV channels didn’t work. The TV is just a decoration of the room.

What a great place to stay! The host was supernice and very friendly, it was by walking distance to the national park and even had possibility of adding breakfast and bistro for the evening if you wanted (For its own price ofcourse). The room was equipped with AC which is a must after a long day in Croatias hot weather. The only thing i missed was just that the room could’ve had a little cooler to keep water cooled. Apart from that it was supernice and i recommend this place to anyone who would want to live in a nice place while they visit the national park!

Location to the lakes

WiFi was only in the reception room, no toiletries in room, could have told us that we could have walked along the paths to get to Entrance 2, instead we though you had to walk along the road.
