Lovely old bathing hotel located in the lovely port of Dragør, close to the harbor and the old fort. Very friendly and welcoming check in staff who provided a free upgrade to a room overlooking the harbor.
Exterior of hotel looks a bit tired and could do with a coat of paint. Why do people still smoke in the hotel - even in the covered patio area? Ban smoking anywhere on the grounds!

As usually friendly staff
Unfortunately, this time we only got the rooms in the annex building, since everything was fully booked. They are cheaper but smaller and only with a view of the courtyard.

Lounge room for relaxing-Reading moments.
Heater off in the room on a February stay: it took 3 hours to get warm. No heating system inside the bathroom. Very basic breakfast.

THE ROOM WAS SPLENDID - LARGE AND VERY BRIGTH.THERE WAS A SOFA AND AN ARMCHAIR.THERE WAS ALSO AN OLD DESK AND AN OLD CHAIR - VERY NICE. THE SEAVIEW FROM THE BALCONY IS AWSOME.
THIS IS OUR THIRD STAY AT THIS HOTEL SO WE KNEW THAT THE RESTAURANT IS CLOSED.IT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE WITH A RESTAURANT OR CAFE INHOUSE (OTHER RESTAURANTS ARE QUITE NEAR BY).

I am very Thankful to this Hotel, its perfectly located near the sea and the Dragor Fort, Fascinating views near the Fort, The staffs are not always available when you need them, but my room was cleaned daily in a perfect way! Would come here again for sure, I hope they reopen the Restaurant again.
Lack of Staffs at the Reception, No Restaurant facility!

The stuff was amazing, very accommodating. We got free room upgrade, with early check-in and complimentary coffee . Our room had amazing view. Great location near public transportation and old Town. A lot of dining options nearby.
The water in the shower was cold and there was no shower curtain, so it was almost impossible to take a shower and wash my hair. There were no AC and pretty hot in the room--the lack of AC would have been fine if you could at least open a window, but the windows had no bug screens so you're choice is either to let in dozens of bugs or to overheat in your room.

very nice and helpful staff. good location but the downtown was not close. tiny little rooms simple but clean.

I paid for an upgrade of the room specifically because it had mentioned a bathtub - there wasn't one in the room so I am not sure if this is an error on booking.com or the hotel but it would be good to get it clarified.

I have stayed many times at the Dragoer Badehotel because it is away from Copenhagen city with a view of the sea and a very charming village with old houses and cobbled streets. You wouldnt think you were close to Copenhagen.
At all my previous visits the breakfast has been a buffet of bread, cheeses, meat, juice, coffee, etc. We signed up for breakfast only to find that breakfast was delivered to the door and consisted of nothing but a roll, a croissant, prepackaged cheese and jam - and instant decaf coffee. We would have been substantially better of going to the village baker which offered a real Danish breakfast with good coffee.

Lovely place with loads of charme of bygone times. we loved it and hope it will not change its unique and beautiful character.

We stayed two nights at Badehotellet in Dragø. I have never experienced so helpful staff, that really did everything possible to make our stay wonderful. Our situation changed, our daughter came, so we were simply upgraded to a suite with a smile 😊
The old hotel is so charming with its old furnitures and history, with a lot of character, unlike other hotels. Beautiful surroundings with the Old town aside and only 3 min with a taxi to the airport ! The sunset from the garden is breathtaking. The best highlight of our trip.
There is no elevator in this old house, but a servant helped us with the luggage, so that was not a problem.

The mattress was comfortable.
No heat, no tv, no elevator, there was an unpleasant smell coming from the sheets, pillows, douve and floor. There was cold air coming from the window and there was black mold around the window.

Location: close to Copenhagen airport (15 minutes drive). Free parking at hotel parking place.
Reception closed in evening/night but you find your room key -and invoice- in an envelope at hotel entrance so that was perfect.
I assume that many years ago this was a good hotel but the time has passed by and it shows. Although I have the opinion that step by step they are upgrading. The carpet in the room was old and dirty but in the gangway it looked much better. The room was old, but the bathroom seem to have had an upgrade. Of course the price for a night is likewise.
Suspect that one of the surrounding buildings is used by a music band as rehearsal location, could enjoy some nice live music. Small problem though: had to wake up at 03:00 to catch early flight ;-)

No problems with check-in or check-out. Everything was prepared in advance. Comfortable beds, clean bathroom and clean bed sheets, great view onto the seaside. Delicious coffee and baked goods, and all things were and are usually prepared on time.
Stuff didn't answer their phone. We had questions and couldn't ask them. As for the room, only: dirty ceilings, dirty carpet in the room, dirty ashtray that hadn't been cleaned after previous guests.

balcony and view
no evening dining or bar facilities whatsoever that I found, barely even saw any staff ! (and the nearby ‘town centre’ was bereft of any bars or eateries after 8pm so ended up with only petrol station sandwich option for any food )

the location was fantastic! We could hear nature out our window, see the sea, and have the cool night air blow through as we slept.
our room was up three flights of narrow stairs, the shower is over the tub and there is no curtain. It was very awkward.

I had a good and positive expirience with the hotel. The personel was positive, and nice to answer the questions.
The room was nice and cosy. I'm looking forward to see the hotel again.

The place is located in a very beautiful and picturesque village beside the sea.
Easy to reach, free parking and nice spot near the airport or the way towards Sweeden.
It was very calm and relaxing.
The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and they even have a cute parrot called Jacko who sometimes he likes to be pet.
The room was very clean and comfortable.
Bathrooms might need a slight facelift, and some bleach could be handy (tiles joints were quite moldy)
The warm water of the shower didn't reach its temperature.

The room and service were fine for the price I paid.
There was one aspect that very negatively impacted my stay and that was seeing a bird at the reception area. I really do not enjoy seeing caged animals and I think it is old fashioned to have animals for human entertainment. The cage was really small; not allowing the bird to fly. It was a tropical bird species, but his cage was situated right in front of the entrance where cold air was coming in every time someone entered the building (it’s february as I am writing this with just above freezing temperatures). I will not return to this otherwise fine hotel, before the bird is brought to a sanctuary where it can show it's natural behavior like interacting with other birds and flying.
