Otimo atendimento mas o hotel não atendeu as minhas expectativas.

O atendiemento foi a melhor parte, um senhor simpatico e muito prestativo, e bom cafe da manha .

O lugar é lindo mas muito mal localizado para quem quer descanso, apesar de bem decorado no banheiro não tinha ducha somente banheira eu não gosto, mas isso não é grave, o problema é que o hotel fica ao lado da gare e a o barulho de trem me incomodou um pouco.

Quelques déceptions par rapport aux photos diffusées sur les sites de réservation.

- Parking dans l'hôtel. - Accueil et gentillesse des propriétaires. - Jardin très agréable. - PDJ agréable

- Proximité de la voie ferrée et bruit incessant du passage des trains. - Mauvaise insonorisation des chambres. - Signal wifi insuffisant.

Very good

The very cute elderly couple that run the place made us feel very welcome. The room was clean and comfortable.

The sink in the restroom was a bit stinky from old plumbing or so.

A great location and comfortable stay for my brief overnight visit to Avignon.

Great location within easy walking distance to the city centre – restaurants and attractions. Peaceful shady rear courtyard for some space to relax. Some staff speak good english and were very accommodating re leaving my bags from check out for collection later in the day.

The stairs to the upper level rooms are a little precarious and extreme care needs to be taken when carrying your bags up and down, especially if you are an older person. The cheaper rooms are quite small and would be very congested if there were two of you and you were staying for several days.

Delightful breakfast & beautiful country stay

We were delighted with our stay here in Avignon. We had a big day of traveling and were grateful to receive a warm greeting at check in by a lovely gentleman. The room was comfortable and tastefully decorated and had a beautiful view over a the gorgeous courtyard. Free and secure parking, very quiet area, minutes to walk to the old town to explore, and one of the most delicious breakfasts we’ve had so far in France that could be enjoyed outside. Thank you!

The train Pass all hours of the night, and hotel sits right on the tracks.

Good location for station. Good breakfast. Nice couryard garden at rear. Pleasant manager.

Room 10 is a tiny double. The toilet and shower/sink are each behind a sliding screen that is hard to move and neither shut properly. The rainshower head is too big for the tiled floor area so water goes everwhere, spilling out into the bedroom. Clearly a known issue as a folded towel was in place on the floor, but this was soaked in a few seconds. Small shower head was broken.

Lovely old building to the rear and a nice garden.

The property is very close to the old city wall and within walking distance of the city centre. The staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was good. Nice bathroom with overhead shower. The garden area is nice for al fresco dining.

The photographs on Booking.com are all of the rear of the hotel which does not show the whole picture. The front of the hotel is on a run down street and almost underneath the railway station. Trains and station announcements can be heard in the rooms and garden. There was a festival taking place and the price was increased to an unrealistic level for the standard of the hotel.

Nice and cozy place to stay

The staff are very nice. He offered very good information about Avignon. He also helped to park our car. Thanks a lot!

Breakfast was decent with a variety of pastry, fruits, vegetables and drinks

We were given a room not in the main building, but in the side building with the entrance even behind the main gate. The room is shabby with dirty towels that we asked to replace upon arrival, but eventually, new towels also had stains. The overall condition of the room is bad (see photos).

Apartment room near the gate of Avignon ,staff very nice and helpful ,good breakfast .

Apartment room not in The Hotel Building very disappointment ,very old and close to railway rail so you can hear the train all night, Smoking smell at front of the room access to our room .bathroom very tiny and door cannot closed .

Excellent service! Personalized tours. Very close to the city center. They clean the room every day and good Breakfast. Next time we will stay there.

In this nice cozy hotel we didn't have the best room but the owner try to accommodate you and give the best service.

Very mixed bag

Beautiful courtyard. Very helpful and friendly reception staff. Five minute walk from the beautiful old town.

Fairly scruffy area (though not necessarily unsafe). Very poor WiFi. Tiny room. Room was right by the train track, which was very noisy (though I slept fine with my earplugs).
