Warm water at the swing pool, parking lot inside the building, location, good space in the room.

Very old interior of the room, dirt carpet, cleaning specially at the swing pool area need to be improved.

No information beforehand about the procedure of arrival and options for parking Very limited opening times of reception Breakfast served late in the weekend. Focus is apparently on rental of apartments, more than hotel facilities, so for a one night stay (as in my case) it is a lesser fit Don't know what is going on in the building, but during my arrival and also the next morning lots of police officers in the facilities. Very strange Adding the extra costs of parking in garage and for breakfast to the room price makes the value for money

The late receptionist came specially to open the luggage took as it was left closed as well

Very, very late check- in ( past 1700) Ultra early check-out ( 0700-1000) and no one at the reception between 1100 and 1700. Very difficult to get to see a person there. Very bad communication.

The toilet wasn't working (it literally couldnt flush) which was just ridiculous and there was nobody on site to help.My phone was stolen from reception desk when we did an after hours check-in.There are no cameras.The area itself is not safe as it was one of the locals that took the phone.We tracked it to a certain point.Management was not interested and did not even reply to my messages.Only the person at reception was available the next morning and could not provide any help aside from passing the message on to management.The couch bed was also broken.It was meant to be a budget stopover BUT was uncomfortable due to the broken toilet and very costly due to the phone being stolen.

The bed the matras was not thick and the bed is short I’m 1,96m so not very pleasant

A very nice hotel in a walking distance to the centre of Nancy. We had 2 great appartments with two bedrooms and kitchenette. The breakfast was very good, with a great variety of food. I can recommend this hotel to everyone.
