Hotel zlokalizowany zaraz przy przystanku autobusowym, bez problemu można dostać się do każdej części miasta. Pokój niezbyt nowoczesny, ślę bardzo czysty, łóżko bardzo wygodne. W hotelu basen, sauna oraz jacuzzi, wszystko to dostępne w godzinach 10-20. Obsługa bardzo miła z podstawową znajomością języka angielskiego. Śniadania w formie bufetu, dobre ale monotonne, co za tę cenę nie ma co narzekać. Ogólnie hotel bardzo polecam 😊
W sobotę i niedzielę basen w godzinach 10-11 niedostępny jest dla gości z powodu nauki pływania, o czym nie było żadnej informacji.

Location, because is good for running to the beach.

The hotel was calm and quiet.
It was somehow clean, but there were stains on the couch and some more on the ceiling. The window could not be closed all the way, so there was noise coming in from the street traffic. All except the wifi was at extra cost.

We had a very nice stay
We went for a swim,the pool was alright for my Mum because She isn't a good swimmer (the deepest level is 1.6 m) which is not deep enough for me and not very long but I suppose is good for kids and older people also the water was a bit too cold I thought should be a bit warmer and there was some kind of portable air-conditioning which was making so much noise but it's was ok for refreshing after a hot day I suppose 😄We didn't stayed long at the pool 😅

We were quite surprised at what we got at this hotel for the price. Great breakfast, pool, gym (outdated but great), big room - everything we needed for a one night stay. Check out was at 12 which was also great.
We did find one dirty glass in our room which was left by the last guest but it was concealed by the curtain so not a big deal.

in the room was a constant noise from some outside air conditioned units, the walls and ceiling were with a lot of stains, the noise from the other room was very easy to hear and the noise from other rooms bathrooms is very loud, I belive no noise insulation exists, none.

there was probably a technical problem with the heater...it was too warm and could not be adjusted, but I hope this technical problem will be fixed on our next visit. Everything else was fine.

It was very clean and the breakfasts were my favourite part of our stay!
Spa zone was great, very clean.
when it comes to dinner, I would recommend going somewhere else as the food was not as good as the breakfast they provide. It took them too long to prepare the food and our order was mistaken.
regarding the spa, The odd was that we had to pay for the usage of bathrobes which is strange for a spa hotel.

The room was specious. It was quiet, although the hotel is close to a couple of big boulevards.
We had issues with the bathroom. The breakfast is not even close to a 4 star hotel. The room could have some more furniture.

There is no way this hotel is a 4 star hotel. The pictures online are very deceiving. We checked in and checked back out again within 20 minutes of arriving. The hotel is very dated, tired, dirty and the staff are very unhelpful. We went into our room and right away we laughed at the fact this place somehow was 4 stars. The bedsheets had dirty marks on them, there wasn't a fitted mattress protector, the shower curtain was mouldy at the bottom, the bedroom curtain had holes in it and some kind of brown stain (could be blood) and when we went back down to reception after only checking in and said we wanted to check out they refused to give us a refund. For €20 more go and stay at Hotel Bulgaria. Beautful 5 star hotel. Avoid the Aqua like you would avoid the plauge.
