Fantastic location superb views of Danube. Stsff helpful and more than efficient. Breakfast good and buffet replenished although breakfast room small - Shame breakfast is not offered on the terrace. Tea and coffee maker in bedrooms but charged for.

Tea and coffee in bedrooms should be provided for free Even hotter water in bathroom shower would have been appreciated. Hairdryer in bathroom very slow- bring your own.

The Drustar Hotel lies next to the Danube and the river park, so locationwise it is perfect. We had booked a large apprtement and we were not disappointed as it was huge, consisting of two rooms (each with a TV-set), bathroom and extra separate toilet, plus a luggage room with lots of space for cloths etc. The breakfast room was on the small side, but the buffet was excellent. Silistra is a nice provincial town to spend a few days (or a long weekend, as we did).

The staff could have been more friendly. They did their job but an occasional smile would have been nice.

Location, cooking, attention to detail of the cooked food for breakfast

Pillows were of poor design, like balloons, not acceptable for sleeping purposes. At night I asked support from staff at reception, who was not able to give me alternative pillow. In day time I found out that alternative pillows are available. Water temperature is set at a maximum of 50 degrees Celsius. This felt like low and/or repeatedly the hotel did not reach this temperature setting. Other important concerns I have is the fact that this is not safe regarding legionella bacteria accumulation: 60 degree setting is mandatory. I shared this with the friendly experienced lady at the desk. She had the system checked for the 50 degree setting and confirmed this to me later on, but did not move an inch on the setting. Breakfast buffet was not kept filled enough, before closing time a dish was even filled by personell and taken away in clear view of visitors who were left with some dished emptied. So quality of the buffet good, logistics and quantity NOK.

A great location - situated in the Dunav park, very close to the center. Free parking. The kitchen at the restaurant closes late (22:30).

The breakfast can be improved.

The view from the room. Seeing the Danube and ships daily is an amazing experience. Breakfast was delicious. The room, the restaurant, the decor - all so beautiful! Location - right in the park, on the Danube's shore.

The poolside. The pool is beautiful and big, but the pool area is left desolate and it's such a pity. I hope they will solve this situation and repair the area.
