The location is very convenient and it has a swimming pool covered from the sun. WiFi worked good.

The experience was so bad that we changed hotels and looked for another one. Not really the service you expect when you book a four star hotel with good reviews on Booking. I think there has recently been a change in ownership, which would explain the drop in the standards. To start with we booked a room with a terrace and a view, and we received a room with no terrace and a tiny window overlooking a backyard. The room was also dirty: yellow stains in the toilet and rubbish from the previous guest on the floor. After the first night, the towels were not changed and the room was not cleaned. As we have a baby who generates a lot of waste (nappies, wipes etc.) we had to take the rubbish down ourselves in the evening. Then there is the issue of the "breakfast buffet". On arrival at the hotel we were told that we could only choose between three options for breakfast the next day: pho soup, noodles or a bowl of fruit and cereal (with uncooked oatmeal...). We were also given a plate of watermelon and a rather bad coffee. Next day they also offered us the option to pick eggs and bacon. But that's their "breakfast buffet". Finally, it's a silly detail, but in the description they say it's surrounded by rice fields. We are still looking for them.

From outside the property looks great, located a bit away from the busy streets of Hoi An.

Property is going through renovations which we didn’t know when booking. The balcony windows give out to a field, so safe to say it can’t be used, has no chairs with. If you leave any food for a minute, room gets swamped with ants, so keep that in mind and AC is very old and does not regulate easily (I fell sick after 1 night). Also no elevator. We were given a room downstairs which was clearly not cleaned but after requesting to change, were provided a different room on a second floor.

Rooms are nice and pool refreshing, also you got new water bottles every day and various breakfast options to choose from in the morning :) The walk into the old town is easy and quick, some nice and cheaper spa and tailor options are close. Staff was really nice!!

Nothing, only having a room at the lower floor meant hearing the staff from 6 o'clock preparing the breakfast

Breakfast was amazing and the lovely lobby area was delightful to use for waiting for pickups or meeting friends

They have some construction going on and our room had only a tiny window - but it was never noisy when we needed to sleep and the room was nice overall

Overall great place to stay. After checking in I rented a bike and got hit by a motorbike, had to go to the hospital and therefore extend my day. Staff were very understanding and helpful. Food was wonderful. Staff went above and beyond to provide me nice meals that I could eat given my injuries and feeling of nausea and pain. Cute rooms with air conditioning. Location within walking distance of markets and shops.

Rooms are not sound proof so some noise. That’s the only reason I did not give a 10/10.

Staff very friendly, close to the Old town, room was very clean and quiet. Breakfast was also very good, fresh fruits and you can order further meals. Thank you!
