Good location of the property - everything accessible by walking.
The location is really great, not only for bathing in the clean lake, but also for 1-day treks in Karawanken and other places of interest (such as the "Monkey Mountain" near Villach).
Our extra bed was very uncomfortable - made from folding armchair with a split in the middle.
For a week-long stay, the breakfast menu was somewhat repetitive.
Given the summer heat, we would use a fridge in the room.
