Great sports hotel near airport

It was okay, the breakfast made it kind of worth it, but wouldn’t book there again.

The swimming pool was very nice with a baby pool and a big pool, very clean water and the food we had for dinner and breakfast was amazing.

False advertising there is a horse track but no horses, the view from our room was terrible, the balcony was dirty and had no place to sit, the hotel was very expensive with drinks, soft and alcoholic like triple the price than what you would pay outside, furthermore the staff wasn’t helpful when we asked about towels for the pool, we never got them. The first room we booked, the aircon didn’t work and the second ones bathroom was dirty and smelt bad. The cup and saucer was already dirty before we could even use it.

Katastrofalt, riktigt uselt beteende utav managern.

Jag bokade 1 vecka med frukost inkluderat för mig och min familj, vi är 2 vuxna och 1 barn. I min bokning stod det klart och tydligt att frukost var inkluderat för samtliga personer. På detta hotell får man frukost kuponger för varje dag man stannar, när vi checkade in fick vi inte 3 kuponger för varje dag utan bara 2. Därför går vi samma timme som vi checkade in tillbaka till lobbyn och frågar om detta. Då säger personalen att vi inte behöver kupong för vårt barn då barn äter gratis. Okej säger vi och går och lägger oss. Nästa dag vid frukosten blir mitt barn nekat en tallrik mat då vi bara har 2 kuponger, de hänvisar mitt barn till bröd och frukt. Eftersom att jag bokat ”frukost inkluderat” för samtliga personer i min familj blir vi helt chockade. Vi berättar då vad vi fått sagt till oss när vi checkat in, att barn inte behöver kupong. Personalen säger då att det är felaktigt och att vi inte kommer få mat till vårt barn. Jag kontaktar då booking och förklarar vad som hänt. De bekräftar för mig att vi har frukost inkluderat för hela familjen och att de genast ska kontakta boendet. Jag får som svar att managern på hotellet har löst detta och att personalen ska kontakta mig för att åtgärda felet. Jag går då till lobbyn för att höra hur vi löser detta. Receptionisten säger till mig att det är deras policy att enbart ge 2 kuponger per rum. Då visar jag honom min bokning i appen där det klart och tydligt står 3 personer med inkluderat frukost för hela vistelsen. Han ringer managern som säger åt honom att säga nej till mig. Efter lite fram och tillbaka med booking som förklarar att managern inte tänker lösa det här så ersätter booking mig med pengar. Stort tack till booking för att ni löste detta och ersatte mig. Jag blir chockad att ett sånt ”fint” ställe som dehär är så grovt snåla då mitt barn är 4 år gammalt, istället för att ge oss en extra tallrik till frukost så står de på sig med en påhittad ”policy”.

Comfortable place to stay for a few days. Nice pool, welcoming staff, and easy to walk around.

The breakfast buffet was nice. Lots of drink options, as well as food choices from local to western.

I didn't stay long enough to find something I didn't like!

Nicht das,was man von einem Countryclub erwartet,aber ideal um schnell zum Flughafen zu kommen

Nähe zum Flughafen Großer Pool und viele Möglichkeiten für sportliche Aktivitäten Preise für Essen und Trinken ok Zimmer gut

Da wir mit zwei kleinen Kindern Vorort waren,habe ich das Hotel ausschließlich wegen des Kids Clubs gebucht. Der war aber zu der Zeit eine Baustelle. Außer einem Flachwasserpool gab es leider nichts für Kleinkinder. Dies würde vorher nicht kommuniziert bzw es gab nirgendwo eine Info. Außerdem musste man beide Tage nach Poolhandtüchern fragen und dann noch ewig warten. Überall waren Kameras. Man fühlt sich dadurch etwas beobachtet.

Only one night

Hotel is located far from the road, so it is silence there. They have very big outside pool. Inside hotel and room is clean.

Staff were very nice and friendly, but when I asked for help with carrying baggage with me at the morning, nobody came. I asked 3 times, and at the end receptionist called me over time, that taxi is waiting for me.... I asked once again and finally came 2 ladies to help me. I was late... Hotel is very old and needs renovation.

A country retreat close to Airport

If you want to be close to airport this gives you an amazing 'in the country not in the city' feel. Superb swimming pool plus access to badminton, volleyball and gyms. Much better experience and value than any similar-priced hotels.

a good stay in Cambodia

good for people who would like to do some sports during their vacation, there are many things you can enjoy, such as tennis, badminton, table tennis, swimming, gym, basketball and horse riding! The club is peaceful, spacious and cozy, a different world from the street outside. wifi is also stable and good. staff is friendly. the location is close to airport and convenient to other places.

I used to stay here frequently

Decent breakfast and good room. If you are their with a family there is a great pool and they have decent workout facilities.

Internet down not their fault but did not tell me until I got to the room. When they remodeled the bathroom they placed the shower door so that it would only open inwards in a very small corner shower. Consequently a regular sized man could barely squeeze by the door to close it
