If you are looking for a long-term or short-term fall / winter rental, Oasis House is ideal! Pool opens May 15 and closes October 15. Set on a bluff overlooking Provincetown Harbor, the Provinceland dunes, and downtown Provincetown make this the perfect setting to enjoy the quiet offseason and the beautiful views. The double-sided wood-burning fireplace burns in both the living and ding rooms making every night a cozy one. Enjoy a soak in the hot tub under the stars and the redwood sauna. New for 2024, Samsung 55" Frame TV, The master bedroom features a steam shower. The 25-foot kitchen is perfect if you plan on cooking, 2 sinks, 2 dishwashers, 3 ovens, a griddle, a grill, and 2 refrigerators as well as everything you need to prepare delicious meals. For anyone working at home, the WIFI is very strong in every room in the house and even at the pool! The grocery store is just a few miles away and downtown is just over a mile. The charming house, its hilltop view over sea and dunes, and the lush outdoor spaces were surpassingly beautiful. The well-stocked kitchen got lots of love from our group of cooks. Very comfy beds and luxurious amenities. We would come back in a heartbeat! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

Ted was very helpful and friendly. His place has everything you need to enjoy and entertain friends and family. Location is great! Hot tub and pool make for fun at the home. Outside decks and views are so peaceful and relaxing. We could take our french bulldog with us too which was also a plus for us! The steam shower was a nice treat to relax. Highly suggest Ted ans his wonderful home!

The photos of this house really do not do it justice. The living room, dining room and kitchen are flooded with light and have wonderful views of the water and dunes.
The entire property was spotless, including the swimming pool, hot tub and sauna.
Ted is a wonderful host/owner and the house is just as special. There were fresh flowers and chocolates in every room.
Our group of 7 adults enjoyed our stay in P-Town and the property was the perfect choice for us.

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay. The house was very lovely with amazing views of both the dunes and ocean. Great location with trail leading to the beach. As much as we enjoyed eating out, we also enjoyed using the kitchen for homemade meals. The pool and hot tub were great to relax in. The house was a vacation in and of itself.

Perfect Family Reunion
This was the prefect property at which to host our family reunion! The house is spacious and accommodates several simultaneous activities; not to mention the proximity to Provincetown restaurants, shopping and beaches -- just writing this makes me want to return!

We were 3 families coming together to celebrate a milestone birthday. For our group of 9, this was a great space, and the kitchen was very well-equipped! The hot tub was really lovely, and so were the water views!

Property Great - Vrbo mediocre
There was a mix up with the reservation confirmation number. Two days prior to check in Vrbo confirmed to the property host that the renter did not make the payment in actuality the payment was received in full at least one month prior to check in. This was very disturbing to me until the host was able to settle the matter with Vrbo. The host recovered the situation and I dealt directly with the host going forward. The property setting was outstanding as well as the comfort of the beds and linens chosen. Great place to wind down with lots of amenities. Thank you! Jim

Wonderful getaway
Everything was wonderful from the heated pool to the roaring fire in the fireplace. We loved cooking in the kitchen and relaxing on the top deck with amazing views.

A PERFECT EXPERIENCE!
My husband and I rented this property for our friends to join us for his 40th birthday vacation and it was the best decision!! The location is perfect, the house was incredible, and the host, Ted, was more than helpful!! I would highly recommend this rental and we can’t wait to go back and stay there again!!

This is an amazing house with spectacular views from all directions. The house was immaculate and featured great decks and porches, a heated pool hot tub and sauna and an incredible kitchen with a restaurant quality stove, two dishwashers and two refrigerators. It was the best house possible for our family of 6 adults, two children and two dogs. There are four large bedrooms for privacy and ample common spaces indoors and outside. Ted is a very thoughtful and responsive home owner and host. He gave us a personal tour when we arrived and answered texts immediately.

Far and away the best property we’ve stayed at on the Cape! We’ve been coming to the N. Truro / Provincetown area for years but this place had it all! Location = unbeatable, House = stunning, Heated pool/jacuzzi = speak for themselves (our 19 and 17 yr old daughters spent a good part of their day in the resort like setting), View = Cape Cod Bay for miles and more than 180 degree water views with the back view of the gorgeous sand dunes to round it all out. Ted is a first rate host and the personal touches he provides really give that 5-star resort feel. All I can say is, we’ll be back next year and my family is counting down the days until next time!

Spa Like Oasis - Beyond Perfect!!
Our stay was AMAZING!! If you are trying to find a relaxing place with beautiful views - this is the place. The house was sparkling clean and had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub were loved by all. The beds were so comfortable! The porch areas were cozy and offered gorgeous views. We loved our walks to the dunes and beach. The town was a short drive where we loved the homemade ice cream and shopping. The whale watching tour was worth every penny and more. Ted (the host) was wonderful to work with. Quick to respond and he gave great recommendations. It was so hard to leave this house. We will definitely return.

We really enjoyed our stay, the house was spacious, clean and met all of our needs. The views were amazing. The only thing we wished it had was some green area for our dog and/or a small fenced area but other then that we had a good time and look forward in returning next year!
