Arrogance and manipulation of the truth. - 1 Star is too many - Booked room close to spa due to mobility issues, conformed with phone call two days previously. Owner said you can drive to spa as it’s about 200 metres away around the block. I stated if we knew that we could have booked elsewhere, the owner wasn’t interested. - Gate locked and we couldn’t open gate to leave early, gate code did not work. Heaven forbid if an emergency occurred. - Air conditioner didn’t work - Dirty outside table and shelves inside - Spa dirty, hot water jets not working in morning - Dirty towel behind bathroom door - Doors didn’t close properly and when closed hard to open especially the front door as seen in video - As we were locked tried the spa early and it was cold - Has the appearance of a junk yard - Previously stayed here, never ever again - DON’T STAY HERE - FIRE TRAP as seen in video and photos

Cleanness was pretty bad. hair everywhere carpet stains and bedding top cover smells

Location our second room was ok the first one offered had stagnant water lying in front of the door.

Beds were standing upright outside rooms. Broken down furniture lying about. Pool was slimy.

Very tired in appearance. Bad odor when we entered room. Mirror in bathroom dirty, shower screens very stained, toilet roll holder missing.

The room was clean and comfortable.

Dining in the restaurant - The length of time between ordering and receiving the meals. Most times there were only about 6 - 8 people in the dining room. Exiting the property in the mornings - I found it difficult to work the combination lock on the gate, The room wasn't serviced every day. No sign to hang on door - "Please service my room".

I paid for a room with a queen bed and I got a queen room with an additional 3 single beds. The office was not attended at the time I came in, he was running around with drinks for other rooms. the office smelt of his dog which is not inviting. i liked him he was pleasant, just very busy on his own,

The spa & restaurant was well above expectations even though the outside-room seating needed repair & someone else’s dirty meal tray was not removed on arrival nor departure. Note: The experience was very positive overall!

The motel has a thermal pool, excellent restaurant and great security. Perfect location, two minutes to the centre of Moree.

Very polite and helpful staff. Comfortable rooms, bonus for accommodating my pup. Gates locked during the night to feel extra safe.

Terrible bed, dripping AC all over the floor, bugs in hot pool, dirty bathroom

There was no good points about the room it was filthy

It was at filthy mess the doona cover had sex fluid plus’s blood stain

bed was made with just a sheet on mattress. not very comfortable or hygienic.

It was pet friendly, so ideal for us.
