I was enroute to Sydney. So, the place is near to Highway to Sydney.

The room was terrible, it stank. Couldnt stay the night

They let me at 10:00 pm when I was stranded after a cancelled flight. They were prompted in emailing me an invoice when requested a month later.

Late check in with helpful staff. Room was clean and had good amenities.
Pillows were quite uncomfortable and lumpy

The room stunk of cigarette smoke. Staff got me a new room. Chair in room was old and falling apart. Kitchen was closed.

Property was clean and the spa was a good size
The other guests. One was kind enough to shout crude profanities all hours of the night, which I’m sure kept every single other guest on the premises awake. His behavior should have had him removed from the premises in all honesty. It is a motel, not some feral drug fueled back street. Worst nights sleep ever due to this noise. If this is the type of guests this place attracts I won’t be returning and I definitely would not recommend it to anyone.

room smelt like cigarettes. bit run down which made the room feel dirty even though it was very clean.

No toilet paper & nasty aroma in bathroom .
We shouldn't have been given this room , very much in need of maintenance , patched hole in wall & large scraps in walls , we were very disappointed !!

Door lock did not function properly
Ran out of toilet paper on Day 1 - not replenished on Day 2
