Located in Sidcup, this charming condo for £91 per night is a great choice for your next trip. This is a newly refurbished 1 bedroom apartment . visit it has a double bed with a Tv and walk in wardrobe, USB charging points. The front room is open planed to the kitchen that has a fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven and hob, and a washer dryer. there is a small dinning table and 4 chairs. This is a ideal base if you want to visit central London ,This property is ideal for a couple or a family with children. it is not ideal for 4 adults,This newly renovated apartment is in a great location, 7 minute walk from a train station, shops, restaurants, and a pub, with easy access to central London only 25 minutes by train. lots of history locally and places to visit. Greenwich is 4 miles away with plenty to see and do. we have 1 golf course within a 5 minute walk and 2 others within a 15 minute walk. near by within a ten minute walk you have a high street with lots of shops and restaurants, we have a couple of gymnasiums nearby and swimming pools, we have a private pool at our property and this is not included in the package offered. We are a friendly family of 4 and would like to make your stay pleasant. please note we do note rent this out for parties

Great location only 5 minutes from the local rail station for easy of access into London. Lovely apartment for a couple, great layout, very clean & one additional bonus is the off street parking. Very quiet location & we would certainly book there in future.

Great choice for a couple or a family with up to two kids. New, modern, beautiful appartment, with everything you can need. In a very nice residential area. Owner is really friendly and helpful. We strongly recommend it.

The rental was very clean and well tended. The landlord was friendly and helpful but did not hover or intrude. It had all the amenities to make our stay enjoyable. It is a bit outside of central London but the rail station was only a short 8 minute walk away so it wasnt much of an issue. We would definately recommend it for the independent traveller.

The apartment is very well laid out with all the things needed for a comfortable stay. Transport links to London very convenient and easy to get anywhere. Overall great value and highly recommended.

This property is set in a lovely location and easily to get to London from Falconwood station. The apartment was much better than we thought it was going to be. August was hot, their wasn't any air con, but Scott kindly supplied me with fans when we asked. Scott and Letitia were great and very welcoming. Highly recommended.

We stayed here in July 2016. The property was fully equipped and finished to a high standard. The location was perfect for commutes to London, Greenwich and Canary Wharf and was a very piece full stay.

Scott was very nice and gave us a tour of the apartment. The place was very clean and tidy. Scott's wife bought us clean towels. They had a welcome pack with details of the apartment and location for site seeing. Internet was a big issue for us because i still had to finish up on my work. Scott called an electrician to come check out the internet connection. Nothing seem to work. We have called and text Scott multiple times but, never got the situation resolved. Connection was very poor. Basically the apartment does not have it's own router for the internet connection. Scott's house is right next door. He was using a wifi booster to get connection into the apartment. Which clearly gave us poor connection. We had go to a internet cafe to finish my work. The most disappointing part was he asked my husband "why do you need internet". Unfortunately while our stay the weather was pretty hot. The apartment does not include a ceiling fan or a table fan. We had to leave all the window's open though out the night. Which was still very hot. No satellite or cable in the apartment. There is a pet grooming parlour running from right underneath our apartment. Which was fine with us but, I wish there was a sign shows which way to go, for his customers. People were knocking on our door early morning. Every piece of kitchen equipment and furniture is cheap and some are falling apart. The sheets and towels are worn out, shredded and faded, like they came from a thrift store. Microwave glass plate was missing. Overall location was perfect. The property is not set to a high standard at all.
