O café da manhã, o ar condicionado, também a localização como também o atendimento dos meninos da acomodação exemplo o Igor que quando cheguei estava chovendo logo se prontificou em pegar um guarda-chuva levar até o carro para a gente não se molhar e ainda ficou segurando até a gente terminar de pegar as coisas logo depois ainda ajudou a carregar as malas, muito grato por isso ao Igor e equipe.

Não é que n tenha gostado mas senti falta de um armário maior, para colocar as roupas, algum lugar para pendurar roupas.

pleasant place to stay

a comfortable and friendly place to stay in Ubatuba, not far from the beach

not much. As with most places in Brazil outside the cities, they could make it easier for an English- speaking person to check in and get relevant information

Nice stay in a spacious room

Room with balcony was very spacious, clean and has everything you need. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good and sufficient. In addition there is a pool and many seating options on the terrace. Promenade and shopping facilities only a few meters away.

I would definitely come here again for the next time.

The location is very good. The hotel environment and facilities are nice as well. What the most important thing is all the staffs are very sweet and caring.

Very good

Lovely hotel with beautiful wooden art on the walls, swimming pool and a lot of plants everywhere. Nice traditional Brazilian breakfast, friendly staff (even without speaking English they always tried to help us with a translation app).

Everything was just fine!

Fantastic, I recommend the place.

Breakfast is very good, practically a whole meal. The staff was prompt at anytime to help us, even with little things.

I managed to connect to the wifi network at only one occasion. Rest of the time had to rely on my phone.

There was no internet in my room, which was a big problem for me and the hotel refused to compensate me for it.

Good location, good breakfast, good room.

The hotel internet didn’t work in my room. I paid for a room with internet and I was really counting on being able to work online in the evenings. This was big inconvenience for me and lost me some business. I informed the hotel staff if this issue and they denied the problem (although I actually demonstrated it to one of them) and refused to compensate me for it in any way.

Awesome Stay!!

Very friendly! Everyone always smiling and happy to have you there! amazing breakfast, good location, close to the beaches, pretty much clean and comfortable. We definitely will stay there again. We highly recommend it! We loved Leonardo!❤️

Suitable for weekend stay-traveler with moderate expectation planning to use the local bus service.

The location had its pros and cons. For us it was advantageous to be able to use local public transport that take you to the beaches (praias) in the north and to the south without waiting for the uber or 99 taxi to come to your hotel and pick you up after a helluva delay due to their poor service, what we did was to go to the verdebus terminal which was located within 500 m from the hotel and get on to the bus that took us to our destination, and in this sense it was a great location. At the same time the place is away from the humdrum of the Guarani street full with restaurants and ice cream shops, also a also bit far (around 2 km) from the itagua region and aquarium which are the prime nocturnal attraction location of Ubatuba.

The breakfast was very average nothing exceptional if you compare with other Pousadas with less per diem rate for the stay. Also the room that had a balcony do not offer you any view of the sea front, it is just ay other quotidian outlet to get a glimpse of the side by street, nothing more.

Nice breakfast and good location if you look for supermarkets, hospital and chemist. The bathroom and bedroom is spacious and nice varanda

I pay for one room but I've got another room. Bed not comfortable, no restaurants around but u reach another neighbourhood easily and fast.

Great location near shops, city centre

Great location easy to move around, shops, city centre 10 min walk with all the restaurants, bars. Staff friendly and helpful. We drove to the beaches towards North but I believe the nearest beach is 15 min walking.
