Fiets kon veilig gestald worden

Zeer functionele kamer, zeg maar kaal en saai . Geen waterkokertje bv. De ibis prijs van de kamer lag dij onder die van Booking...

Teleurstellend

Alles is budget, behalve de prijs. Het rolgordijn sluit niet goed af zodat de kamer te licht blijft. Als je het raam openzet dan schijnt de buitenverlichting van het pand enorm naar binnen. Het personeel werkt voor Ibis in plaats van voor de gast. Men is correct, maar het voelt onpersoonlijk. De inrichting van de kamer is zelfs voor een budgethotel te kaal. De drankjes in de bar zijn duurder dan de drankjes in hotels met een vergelijkbare kamerprijs. Er is onvoldoende aandacht voor onderhoud en presentatie (zie foto's).

La posizione tranquilla vicino all autostrada ampio parcheggio.

Stanza squallida modello prigione di colore grigio deprimente senza nessun quadro TV bloccata in griglia inox , per fortuna ero stanco e mi sono addormentato velocemente ... bagno maleodorante . Colazione basica .

Court séjour mais absolument pas déçus !

Nous avons apprécié le portail sécurisé, la piscine même si elle était un peu froide (Normal pour début octobre) mais surtout la dame de l’accueil, le personnel est très sympathique et serviable.

Le quartier n’est pas très propre.

Disappointing

The fact that when I showered everything smelt of rotting sewer. Located in a slightly out of town area that smells horrible in the heat in the 5 minute walk to edge of Arles.

Superb

Secure storage for our bicycles. Convenient to have bar and restaurant on site after arriving early evening and it being a bit of a walk into town for dinner. A large room and good bathroom.

Bar staff gave inconsistent service between customers and not very attentive. On arrival, the surrounding area is very unattractive but the hotel has a secure fence wuth controlled access so there was never any concerns about security once inside.

lack of Tea/coffee facilities in room surprised me. would have paid extra to have this.

Fair - good location - buffet

Easy location just off the highway. 15 minute flat walk to the city center. The lobby was very nice and clean. The staff was super communicative. The problem was that the entire hotel is on a heat pump and it had not been converted to air conditioning. The room was so incredibly hot. The beds were good. Overall, the room was adequate. There was a good breakfast buffet.

Lack of air conditioning. There was a blood stain on one of the duvet covers. The room was incredibly hot. The window did work, but when open, it allowed for mosquitos.

Walking distance from the center of Arles

The rooms are a bit dated and need refurbished. The bed was so squeaky. No A/C in the room. Breakfast was good but no one was present to restock the food or bring more clean dishes.

I totally understand that this is a budget hotel, and the value was pretty good. Just the tiredness of the facilities was a but disappointing.

The staff was very nice and the room was very clean

I had a room with a double bed and a single bed. I asked for a double bed but finally I slept in the single one because the double one was just so uncomfortable. Tha location is not the best at night, specially if you are a woman doing a solo trip as it was my case.

Great price, great breakfast

Great service, breakfast is very big and elaborate. personal did a good job making you feel at home. I asked for a quiet room and got it, clean big room for a great price.

the room was clean and cleaning service did a good job, however you can tell some small things might need some maintenance and repairs because of age.

Budget accommodation on the outskirts of town.

This is a budget hotel and very very basic. Don’t expect anything other than a bed, TV and bathroom. Staff are nice. Location is on the outskirts but you should realise that before you book. Loads of car parking space. Very secure.

This is a bit out of town but you can walk in. Room is very basic but clean.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful , reception really lovely as is the restaurant area.

Room wasn't very clean , very noisy from the housing estate and a cockerel crowing in the garden from 3am ! I know you can't help nature!

Comfortable and cheap if you stay only for a few nights. We've been there during our trip to Barcelona, only for 1 night and only for sleeping.

there were leaks from rooftop in our room but we were too exhausted to deal with changing it and just left is as is.
