Excellent location, and apartment. Everything we needed.

Great location, good size apartment and very comfy beds. Easy check-in experience. Attentive staff who knocked to ask if there was anything else that we needed or anything they could do.

The room had several flies in when we entered. There was also some mould on the shower tiles and some cupboard hinges in need of adjusting as some of the cupboards didn't close properly.

Beautiful apartment, has everything you need, 2 massive TVs. The whole place was very impressive. Would defo be staying again.

Check in and out times could be a little bit better as I would have liked to check in a hour earlier and checked out a hour later

Good location and easy code access

Property wasn’t as clean as I’d expected. I few hairs on the bathroom floor which presumably hadn’t been cleaned. Couldnt switch the hallway light off that was keeping my little girl awake so had to turn it off by the fuse box. We were on the ground floor and the room above us were quite noisy but that’s the joys of staying in a hotel!

It was very warm in the property and could do with a good dusting, but overall it is clean

If you are tall like me and my partner then don't expect to get much sleep as the bed was tiny. Also, don't bother paying for parking as you might not even get a space (which they don't tell you) there is also street parking right outside which doesn't require any ticket

Property is just like the pictures, we would definitely stay again. Beds were really comfy and the TVs provided were massive in all rooms. We parked on site for an additional fee so didn't need to worry about parking and it's just outside of the north peir so lovely and quiet with tram opposite for commuting easily.

Only issue for us was that the lift is extremely small so couldn't fit our pram in and we were situated on the 2nd floor. The apartments get very hot if it's sunny but they did provide 2 fans.

We received the warmest of welcomes from Maggie and Simon. The entrance to the Berkely is authentic Art Deco. It is very secure and has a small but perfect lift which I was so excited to use. Our apartment was beautifully presented, spotlessly clean, had everything we needed for our stay. The attention to detail, 1920’s theme, was incredible. We will definitely be returning.

Noisy through the night (trams or engineering works), bed didn’t look or feel like a large double as described, sofa is too wide for the size of the room, front door didn’t unlock a couple of times properly.
