Room was big, fully equipped, clean and staff was very friendly.
No free parking and a little bit noisy (we could hear other rooms). Apart from that, everything perfect

Decently priced and photos do justice. The building may look very simple from outside but the room interior is quite nice, nothing fancy but overall does not look old or dirty which was our greatest concern. Breakfast was decent too.
Parking is available (at a R$28/day rate IIRC) but in a building across the road 50 meters before the hotel, so a little hassle for unloading/loading bags and stuff. There's only a fridge with water/sodas/beer in the reception.
