Absolutely as advertised, beautiful apartment with a full kitchen located just steps to the Old Town. The free parking space was right outside the door. Spotlessly clean and so charming with the exposed stone walls. Fairly easy to find- it was a little further down the street than google maps showed it but we had no issues finding it and checking in. Highly recommend!

great pick if you have a car. it’s right outside of old town, less than 3 min walk. we had free parking right outside of the property. staff were very kind.

no breakfast included but there’s a bakery and a few restaurants down there street so not a big issue.

Location was right outside of the old town and the free parking spot near was a lifesaver. Nikola welcomed us very well and was helpful.

The location is excellent - just outside the city walls and at the foot of the Ladder of Kotor, right next to a bakery and a short walk from the shopping centre. The apartments are beautiful, characterful, clean and well-maintained. The aircon works a treat. The host, Nikola (the son of the eponymous Ana) was excellent, helpful yet unobtrusive as was needed. We would not hesitate to stay again - it set a very standard.

It's hard to think of what would have improved our stay. We really liked it here.

Good location,close to old town and not far from beach.

Small rooms and the bed wasn’t comfortable.No shampoo or shower gel in bathroom.

Very comfortable apartment located in an old building. The building was amazingly keeping coolness when it was very hot outside, we almost didn't use air-conditioner). Very nice and helpful owners Ana and Nikola. Ana treated us to delicius local deserts, Nikola helped to rent a car and boat at good price and condition. Many thanks to them! Great location: 200 meters from the old city gates, close to the Kotor beach, shops, restaurants, etc.

The location is perfect, two minute walk to the old town so it's quiet at night, 5 minute walk to the beach. Free private parking is really good as the car parks we saw were always full. Nikola is a great host, gave some good tips on where to go and arranged a private boat tour for us at a very reasonable price.

It is a very cosy apartment and the location is top notch so close to the old town. And for a single motorcycle rider I had an excellent parking space, which is hard to come by in Kotor.

The bed could be a little bit more comfortable, but that's splitting nails really.

Friendly owner, the young man helping us communicated everything clearly. When we arrived he came out to welcome us.

Awesome location, just near the entrance of old town, with free parking available at the property (big bonus). Hosts were fantastic, the apartment is stylish and comfortable. Able to prepare any meal with the great kitchen facilities. Supermarkets and shopping centre nearby, and also beach and the promenade area.

Incredible location, right at the start of the Ladder of Kotor hike and 5 minutes from the Old Town via the River Gate. There is a bakery and a supermarket very close by as well. Wonderful value for money
