Perfect location with a lovely feel to the place, rooms were mostly very comfortable.

There were a few negatives across the trip, mostly minor and all fixable. The big issue was for the guest staying in the twin room, he’s only 6ft and had to sleep in the fetal position each night because he didn’t fit on the bed, luckily he was ok with this, but it certainly wasn’t great. On one evening we settled down to play board games, only to discover that all of them were missing the majority of the pieces, including the chess set. We ended up buying a cheap game at a charity shop that we’ve left there. Kitchen inventory needs some work, you’ve cookware than some commercial kitchens but only 5 dinner plates for a place that sleeps 6. The fridge is also too small.

Location is incredible and they make very good use of the space available in the house.

Parking is a bit of a lottery and struggled to get anything nearby.

Wonderful house, perfectly located in the centre of Llanberis, a few steps from the high street, the lake and the bus for Pen-y-Pass for a hiking to the summit of Snowdon. The house is very cosy, with a great attention to the details. We particularly appreciated the safety gates for the stairs, the kids cutleries and the fireplace (which we didn't use it though). Getting the keys was easy, so it was talking with the owner. Highly recommended.

Perfect for a walking holiday a cosy house with everything we needed including lots of hot water and the Easter Eggs on arrival was a lovely touch!

Handy location for Zip Wire visit

Kettle leaked badly and when reported wasn’t replaced.Bathroom door would not open and we were constantly locked in .Unable to use the large kitchen sink because the plug is rigid and won’t move up or down .Power cut on last morning.

This little terrace cottage could be so much more with some TLC, on the surface we liked it all. The location is amazing. It has all the utensils ect you could need and the oven and hob is great. We made a full roast on New year's Day. Fire is amazing

This little terrace cottage could be so much more with some TLC, it's so cosy and on the surface looks the part but unfortunately all those little finer details are missing and everything is falling apart when it's touched. It needs some proper loving care. The cupboards and upstairs furniture is falling to bits, all the games have no pieces ( just remove them) the sofa has some small tears, the shower pressure was really poor, lots of baby gates that can't be used as no fittings ( again get rid of them) The back garden was dirty lots of rubbish and the decking wasn't finished big screw sticking out so our puppy couldn't be let out the back. For the over £500 we paid for a 3 night break I won't be returning which is a shame. It's just packing the finer touches and could be amazing with the right work.
