Lovely stay

Lovely lounge, great view. Good location

Space around the bed was tight. Soundproofing moderate. For our purposes the 2 internal steps are a problem for those with mobility issues.

Lovely relaxing week

The property was bright and spacious. Kitchen was well equipped. The location was great,lovely view of river and plenty of choice of eateries and pubs . Lovely walks along the river. The Hope and Anchor hote/l restaurant was a lovely place to eat outside by the river and chill with a drink.

The only thing that was difficult to get used to was the noise of the bathroom fan of the apartment below us.Was pretty loud and it went was on and off pretty often early morning, late night but it was only first couple of days .Think the door lock needs looking at we had trouble unlocking it a few times.

Loved it. Highly recommend this property for a short break.

Location is perfect with easy access to the town and stunning west facing view across the river. Lovely decor especially the big leather chair and lamps. Really useful having a welcome pack for a short stay. Several good pubs nearby. The bird song in the morning was delightful. Really enjoyed our stay.

Would have preferred a door into bathroom area. Just a fine tune of the maintenance of interior doors required as they are a bit squeaky but main concern is the hall entrance door into the flat, the lock jammed from inside which was a concern trying to leave one morning as struggled to open it, could be easily fixed.

We greatly enjoyed our stay in a lovely flat in an amazing location

The property is in a great location with wonderful views. It is very tastefully decorated throughout with a well equipped area and a very thoughtful breakfast items left for us The owner was very friendly and helpful at all times.

The bedroom was rather small but the owner freely acknowledged this.

Superb

Excellent location with lovely view, town and river close by. Great welcome pack of breakfast goodies -really appreciated. Extremely clean and had everything you needed. Bed really comfy too. Brilliant walk in shower.

Settee could be improved upon.

Great place for touring or walking local beautiful area ideal for couple .

Position of property ,view from bay window over the Wye and sunset close to town and all amenities and fantastic to travel about or walk.The owners were very generous in leaving us a very comprehensive welcome pack thanks .

The double bedroom was too claustrophobic and shower although fabulous needed a door as the steam made the room windows steam up in the whole flat.Although we found the bed hard that does not mean that everyone would not like it ,it is a personal preference.

Pleasant

The location was good, Nice welcome pack left of Wine and croissant’s, plenty of cups and glasses etc

Parking is difficult, weather was very hot a Fan would have been helpful, lots of Cob webs around the windows and ceiling. I also feel it is the place of the Host to contact you with check in details rather than you having to contact them via telephone! The door lock sticks and is rather fiddly to get out this could be dangerous in an emergency and needs fixing.

Beautiful property with the best view in Ross-on-Wye

The view from the living room was beautiful. The property was very clean and tidy when we arrived with croissants and marmalade there to greet us. We had a lovely weekend.

Loved Ross on Wye, where we stayed was excellent, great location

Excellent location Lovely welcome of croissants, shortbread, butter, milk , strawberrys and yoghurt Modern and very clean

Only couple things to make it 12 out of 10, a small TV in the Bedroom to make it more relaxing As a very hot weekend, a small fan for the lounge to circulate cool air, that could be moved into bedroom at night as very hot
