Breakfast OK

The hotel looked different from the pictures on the web site, stuff did not speak english. For a hotel with 4 stars, we were put into a smelly room at the end of the resort, not the actual hotel next to a playgound. There was no wifi, nor fringe. Bathroom looked like it needed renovating 10 years ago. The door could not be locked or even closed. After complaining about the room, we were told to pay extra to be relocated into the actual hotel room that was also disappointing. Bathroom old and used. Fridge was very loud in the evening. There was a event happening that night, there was very loud music till midnight, so we could not rest. Breakfast lacked some vegetables, food was very cold although it was just brought from the kitchen.

We liked that the hotel lobby, one pool, and breakfast was as expected.

Our rooms were in building 6, not attached to main building. Looked run down, while clean—the rooms were basic and nothing great. Not the patio we pictured from viewing photos online. The second pool was not open and over all we felt mislead by the photos. For the price we paid, it was fine, we did not complain, but it was not as expected. The pool played loud music all day and night. The walk to the beach was easy, short, but you do pass a main road on the walk. No wifi. The beach you also must pay for lido chairs. But the lido has showers, bathrooms, food, and good staff.
