it's a budget hotel - and that explains everything. do not expect too much... but breakfast was nice

breakfast was very good for a 3* property. the room we stayed in was very-very spacious.

when booking, i didn't see that the room i booked was on the very upper floor and one needs to walk up the stairs to get to the elevator and then, climb again one more floor. i think it would be good to tell about this in the description.

Quiet and comfortable hotel within easy reach of the main station.

A comfortable and spacious room in a small hotel, which is in easy reach of Duesseldorf Hauptbahnhof, which is a 10-minute walk or a brief tram journey. Bathroom facilities are fine and the wi-fi connection works well. The Oststrasse and the excellent Schumacher's brewery restaurant is a 15-minute walk from the hotel.

Pillows were far too thin and very uncomfortable, although this was easily remedied.

Excellent location

You can reach the hotel from the bus station in 10 minutes by walking and the airport bus passes near the hotel as well. I arrived before check-in time. They let me in the room earlier because the room was ready. The staff is polite and helpful, they answered all my questions with a smile. I had an external bathroom but it didn’t bother me since it was clean. The hair dryer was not working. Luckily, I had mine with me.

Good, cheap and quiet - perfect for an overnight or longer stay.

The room was very clean, the bed very comfy and the bedding was also of ample quality. the room was also larger than expected.

Having a private bathroom would have been nice, however overall a minor concern considering I booked in advance knowing that I would not have one.

Very near the Center of Düsseldorf.. Walking distance to Train Station

The lift/elevator. You have to go 1.5 floors first before accessing it.

Excellent location near Düsseldorf Hbf, you can either reach on foot orvtake a tram for one stop. Clean, comfortable, comfy beds,minifridge, kettle, good Wi-Fi. Friendly staff. Best location/value relation for overnight stay between trains or short business trip to Düsseldorf. Our second time there, will definitely return.

A very good place to stay in Dusseldorf. Definitely recommended.

-Spacious room. -Good hygiene. -Breakfast is good, price is sensible. -Wi-Fi was very good. -Location is fantastic. 30 min distance from the airport and walking distance from central locations. -Staff is very friendly and assist you whenever possible.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. Prices are 👍🏼, rooms are very clean and spacious (we were surprised😅), staff is very kind-hearted, I really enjoyed receptionist, very nice lady

Not bad for a one night stay

The room was clean, the front desk staff was friendly. Good location near the train station

Small room, the lift is only on the second floor and beyond, so guests have to carry their luggage up the stairs to the second floor. Very small old elevator that barely fits two people with luggage
