Location. Child’s bed
A bit lack of space but we didn’t spend much time in the room.

Rooms with all the equipment needed, plates, cups, pans, toaster, kettle, small kitchenette. Room is on the small size but very comfortable for a family with up to two kids. Has a small balcony where you can enjoy your coffee in the morning if you can put up with the heat:). You have laundry facilities if you don’t choose the hotel service and the price is reasonable. Very close to the beach with access to shops and restaurants close by.

Location was very good
Staff took way to long to resolve our problem due to weird working hours.
Building is too old, has creepy halways and we had to change room because our smelled really bad(mouisture in the walls).
The room we got just had a different bad smell that was more endurable. You probably think this is not a problem, but try eating or sleeping in this awfull environment.
The cleaning ladies do not change towels or sheets, but one of them had the decency to ask us(in a rude way) to collect them and put them in their bag on our check out.
They told us that the elevators will be fixed tomorrow, but it wasnt fixed for our entire stay and I see comments about this dating way back. There are 4 floors and older folks or kids wont like this
There is a washing machine, but it costs a lot and also parking for what they charge extra so that is not a positive
I dont know how this place got a rating so high, but i would recommend that you stay far away from it. Menton is still a nice place to visit so keep searching for something better

Very quiet, clean and fresh. I had a wonderful view to a neighboring garden. Personal very friendly. Excellent location.
I suppose they could renew the toilet paper and soap when requested. Also, have some napkins in the kitchenet

It was small and crowded and the balcony was pretty useless.

The location was central and good for walking everywhere
The building lighting was totally inadequate and hallways were dark and poorly lit.

I really liked to be able to wash my laundry and we had a great time in Menton.

A comfortable studio with good facilities, in a great location & with staff on hand....
Our electronic safety deposit box didn't work, but a technician arrived promptly & provided a key after we reported the problem to reception.
Kitchen mostly well equipped.
Comfortable, easy to operate bed.
We stayed 10 days, but had to ask a housekeeper for clean towels. Surely clean linen should be delivered every 5 days or so?
Balcony too small for table & chairs, washing airer and aircon unit, but we managed....

Practical, central, close to everything, quiet on garden side.
Reception was not open all the time as I thought it would be like in a hotel. Probably my fault as I think I was suppose to inform of my arrival time and I didn't so check in was 5pm. I arrived midday and no one despite the fact that it was still within reception hours as indicated on the door. I was told after it was exceptional that day. So bad luck for me.

Excellent location and excellent support staff. Alegrana always very cheerful and helpful at reception.
Parking was very tight. Also, Barriers at side of the road made entering and particularly, exiting very difficult.

Great studio with everything you need - foldout double bed & bunk bed, loads of storage for clothes, awesome kitchen with all you need to cook including filter coffee machine, plus nice little balcony overlooking street, plenty of light, etc. Supermarket, restaurants and beach all close.
Washing machine was missing from common area but easy to find local laundrette.

Residence is in a good location, near the beach, supermarket. At the apartaments you can find everything that you need for meal preparation.
The dishwasher didn't work.

1. Location in Menton town center is good; Area had a nice holiday feel & vibe
2. Room was simple but clean; Double Bed very easy to pull down from wall (after daytime upright stowage) & Bunk Beds were fine for Kids; Bathroom small but sufficient; Kitchenette was adequate; Small balcony to Sit/Eat or Hang Dry Clothes
2. Proximity to Beach & Promenade was very good

1. Instructions for Check-In & Key Pickup could be clearer (& confirmed understood by guest response) prior to arrival
2. Provide more Local Info. before guest arrives - e.g. Location & Closing Time of Shops/Supermarkets & Restaurants (everything shuts after 7:30/8:00pm)

The array of pastries was excellent.
Sandwiches of all varieties again excellent.

Harbour side of town was cleaner.
Menton is a very busy town has lots of visitors.
Not far from Monaco but a lot cheaper.

Making the bed, and the pull down bed.. I kept hurting my toes in the wooden part of the sofa.

Small room but with all facilities. In the very centre of Menton.
As we arrived after 8 p.m. the reception was closed. They promised to send me an email with codes how to enter. This did not happen - I had to call them and then they sent me an email.

Well-equipped apartment. Everything you need for a short stay. Nice location, very close to the beach and near all the local shops.
The equipment is getting old. Smelly pipes in the kitchen and a very thin entrance door, you could hear people walking in the corridor as if they were in your apartment.
