Would recommend to everyone

From the moment I booked this the owners couldn’t have been more helpful. The flight there was a late one and instructions were clear and accurate as to where to collect the keys from. The owners even gave us a the use of the house until 6pm as our flight wasn’t until the evening. Thank you very much for this! The accommodation is as listed and was ideally situated next to the pool. The roof terrace is a lovely feature. As most of the other reviews state it is only a 15min walk to the marina. The shop and restaurant on site are ideal and food is good. Very quiet this time of year pool empty near to house, pool temp was a little chilly Overall a fabulous stay, clean, comfy. all rooms en-suite wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Thank you for a wonderful holiday

Stayed at this accommodation at the start of may. On arrival it was very clean, presentable and modern- you can tell the landlord takes pride in his properties. We had no problems at all and had an overall fantastic time staying here so thank you so so much for allowing us to stay!

Have just returned from a 5 night stay with 8 friends. The house was great both position, facilities and very well equipped for a large group. The pool is just outside the door, this with the patio and roof terrace means a lot of options to relax. Vilamoura is easy to get to walking or in a taxi. Finally Rodrigo was most kind I contacted him a couple of times about an extra key and then a late check out, he responded very promptly and positively and very generously allowed us to stay in the house until our transfer home.

The townhouse is in a great location in the Old Village area. Pool area close by and bars and restaurants on the doorstep. It was a 20 minute walk to the marina or a 3.5 Euro taxi The accommodation was really lovely inside - great decor and very well equipped. We will be back!

Clean, bright and comfortable. Communications were excellent, thank you! The only recommendations I’d make would be to provide some plastic/melamine cups and plates for the children’s use. Lots of steps everywhere but you get used to them. Overall a great position and the Old Village is great for families. Everything is just a short stroll away. We would certainly go back!

Property was well maintained, clean and in a good location. Complex was well equipped with bars, resteraunts, shops and bakery. Easy walking distance to the Marina.

Boa localização. Old village bem caracterizada. Casa cuidada. Necessita de alguns apontamentos para melhorar - tomadas eléctricas na cozinha, iluminação da Churrasqueira no terraço insuficiente, panelas e tachos pequenos. Churrasqueira no terraço é funcional no entanto torna-se pouco pratico, pois a cozinha é no r/c. Falta de AC num dos quartos. Quartos espaçosos e decoração + Piscina a 10 metros. Sala de estar excelente.

This is a gorgeous 5 bedroom townhouse. It is well equipped clean, spacious and light. The rooms are large, the beds comfy and the kitchen very well equipped. There is a lovely rooftop terrace with views over the sea, and a built in bbq. It is over 4 floors, so lots of steps, kept us fit😊� the villa is also right outside one of the communal pools, so you don't have to go far to cool down. Rodrigo was great to deal with, and I would definitely recommend this.
