everything was perfect ! We weren’t expecting such a nice quality of equipment and services for that price ! We have been positively surprised from the start until the end : the room was big and clean, the pool extremely confortable and beautiful, the gardens around the hotel are luxurious and give a beautiful scent to the air. The staff is very attentive to you and what you might need. We loved it and highly recommend to stay there. You will feel relaxed as soon as you step foot at the hotel !

The only downsides that we could find is the air conditioning in the room that is not very efficient and the fact that you have to wear a hair cap in the pool. But except from that everything was perfect !

Stayed in the junior suite, very good room. welcoming and helpful staff, helped me get to the near by beach. the hotel/complex has a lot of services that we could not explore in the night we stayed

The breakfast was ok . The parking was ok also but it was far from the entrance of the hotel. Near the hotel there are a lot of restaurants .

We stayed there for 5 nights. The problems appeared when we got in our room. The toilet had a system where the water was up and you could easily get an infection . We set the problem and took a few days to tell us to change the room but then it was too late as we were leaving the next day and it was a lot of fuss to do so for a night. Also we were a couple and they had only soap and shompoo for one person only for the first day we arrived and they didn't replace them as they should. Only when we complained about it they gave as additional products . They were also ants in our room!

Friendly, polite, available and professional staff. Good breakfast and amazing swimming pool (Aqua gym by Andrea very entertaining and super well done). The pool restaurant and pizzeria serve savoury local cuisine at good prices.

It's a pity that the pine forest is not as well maintained as the rest of the hotel. That would be an incredible added value. Daily room clean-up could be a bit more thorough.

The swimming pool is the best part of the hotel. Big, clean, with children pool and a lot of space around with umbrellas and sun beds. The staff was all incredibly nice and friendly.

Restaurant service was not open all day. Interior design is old and the room did not smell good when we arrived (probably pipes system). The elevator is too small so we couldn’t fit our baby stroller.
