We had a problem with our room late at night and the service we received was excellent.

The breakfast was excellent. Coffee was excellent but a bit slow service as it was very busy.

מלון מפואר מפנק מאוד הכל חדש ונקי , שירות יוצא מהכלל. ארוחת בוקר נהדרת , מגוונת מאוד וטעימה , קפה משובח שמוכן עיי בריסטה.. חדר גדול ומעוצב בטוב טעם עם כל הפינוקים נראה שחשבו על כל פרט להפוך את השהיה כחוויה

המלון מעט מרוחק , לנו היה רכב אז לא הייתה בעיה הקרבה לתחנת הרכבת המרכזית נוחה ( המלון סיפק הסעות לפרייה )

Best Hotel Experience for this price range!

Hotel's location is great, a walking distance to city center and facing the train station. They have great attention to detail and the rooms are lovely. Staff is amazing, and very friendly. Breakfast was also great, and in general the facilities were really nice.

Good hotel a short taxi ride to the centre of this lovely city.

Breakfast was very good with an excellent variety. The staff were friendly and informative. The location was outside the town but provided good, secure parking for our car. taxis were easily available just outside the hotel to the city centre at a reasonable cost.

Our room overlooking the road was a little noisy in the morning with traffic passing.

Lovely and clean hotel with lovely staff

Lovely hotel with great access to the train station. Staff were welcoming and friendly, the pool area was nice and the room was very clean with lovely decor

Good sized rooms, pool and breakfast.

Room was a good size, bed was firm. Good sized bathroom. Swimming pool was good to use in the afternoon (41 degrees!). Breakfast buffet was was good and wide selection. Staff were attentive. Ability to have onsite parking also good (for extra fee). Air-conditioning system and fridge actually worked well, although they are a bit older.

The hotel is a bit dated, the shower door over the bath just soaked the floor. It is a bit far away from town if you really want the city feel, depends what you want...Uber rides cost around 6 to 8 euro to get to the cathedral area.

A business-oriented hotel

The room and bathroom were spacious enough. The bed was huge! The room was quiet. The breakfast was tasty but with limited variety. There is very big focus on disinfection process. The personnel contain very well-trained professionals. I liked the cleanliness of the hotel and its facilities.

The garage is a sort of complicated one – it is a public garage with dedicated to hotel’s guest slots at the bottom level - -3, at the end of the corner. The bathroom is outdated. The room was too dark with very simple furniture.

Great for a stop over between a flight and a train

The location is very convenient: near the train station, an easy ride to the airport and a 20 minute walk to the centre of Seville. The breakfast was also very nice.

No problems to report. It is a good, well functioning hotel. It just doesn't have much of a character and can get quite crowded at breakfast....

Pleasant stay

Hotel is at ideal location, minutes of walking distance from the train station and close from bus stop to old town. The hotel is considerate: provides clear instructions about their Post-COVID measures, explaining why some of the stuff are missing in the room; offers vouchers that can be used in cafe/restaurant if no room cleaning required; free orange flavored water provided at the lobby during daytime when temperature is high.

The facilities are a bit old. Breakfast can be improved, lack of veggies.

Friendly staff and quite-luxury hotel. Comfortable beds and bathroom with bathtubs. The breakfast buffet offered a varied selection of breads and coffees.
