Fantastic farmhouse in the heart of Bornholm

Absolutely adorable old farmhouse turned into a bed and breakfast! Let me start with the location - in the center of Allinge, close to shops and restaurants and within walking distance from the sea! Rooms are spacious and comfortable, there is a small shared kitchen with fridges where you can keep a snack or drinks, and there are 2 gardens that you can enjoy. The breakfast is fabulous! Last but not least - the place is dog friendly which is absolutely perfect for us!

The only small small thing to mention is that - being an old house - there is quite a bit of noise from the rooms upstairs. It wasn’t a big deal for us, but you should be aware if traveling in high season.

Most lovely stay in Bornholm

Pension Slægtsgaarden is a lovely paradise in the centre of Allinge. Simon and his family were most welcoming and helpful, and created a cosy atmosphere during our whole stay. The room was very clean and comfortable, the garden beautifully maintained and the common area, including the "trust bar", a super feature. An absolute highlight was the breakfast, which included homemade jams and buns every morning as well as a great variety of cheeses and other treats. We had the most amazing weekend there and would certainly recommend the pension to anyone planning to visit Bornholm. We will definitely come back soon! 😊

Great place to stay !

Great location ... close to the sea... Its possible to see the sunrise from your bed. Very friendly host, excellent breakfast. The rooms are a bit small, but comfortable. If you like to stay at a place with history .... than it is definately the place.

A very nice stay in Allinge at Pension Slaegtgaarden.

Allinge is a really nice place to stay and Pension Slaegtsgaarden was a very good choice for us. It's a charming place with comfortable beds, the breakfast was excellent and we appreciated the owners' confidence to let their guests take a beer or glass of wine and write it on a list. We also got a discount coupon for the buffé in Nordbornholms Rögeri restaurant which we used and is another place we can recommend.

Very nice stay with good breakfast

Very good breakfast, excellent location with EV charges around the corner. There are front and back gardens with nice seating.

We have two rooms and one room is a bit dark

A must stay!

What an amazing and wonderful gem! With a rustic feel and beautiful walled outdoor area, we felt truly in our own little world. We were warmly greeted by the owners who welcomed us and our dog and gave us a room on the ground floor which has it's own courtyard and outdoor seating. We came in the off season and many restaurants were closed, so one night the owner sat us in the courtyard and went out of his way to prepare a wonderful home-cooked meal with delicious wine. The room was very cozy and quiet with comfy beds, and the hotel could not be located anymore perfectly. Beaches and restaurants within a 1-2 min walk and the best hike on the island a 10 minute bike ride away. Plus, fantastic breakfast options every morning. This place is truly unique!

Very hygge! I visited Bornholm for 3 days together with my mom and we very much enjoyed our stay at Slagtgaarden. The staff were very friendly and helpful (special thanks to Sven who stayed up until we arrived late at night for the check in). Their breakfast is great and their location is in the heart of beautiful Allinge. We will be back very very soon

The place to stay in Bornholm...

Wonderful place in fantastic old building (farmhouse) in the heart of Allinge-Sandvig. Nice free parking, plenty of restaurants and good location either for hiking trips to the beautiful island of Bornholm or just for a walk on the harbor. Especially enjoyed the fact there was a “Trust bar”: an unmanned bar where one could just note what one wanted from the bar and settle the bill the following day. “Because in Bornholm we trust each other.” Nice lounge area to play board games, have a coffee or just sit and read. A great stay in an amazing island everybody should go see once in life.

Excellent! We're definitely coming back!

My partner and I had the most amazing stay there. Sussi, our host was so kind and generous, and went the extra mile to make sure that we had a great time! The pension is very fairytale like, and extra cosy! Breakfast was great. Everything was fresh and homemade. I would highly recommend!
