Not only did the room have a stove top it also had a fridge. It is lovely old building. The room was large and very comfortable. The breakfast was extremely good.
We did have a bit of a problem checking in as the instructions which buzzer to push were in hand written German but luckily two German guests arrived one of whom spoke English and it was soon sorted out. The stairs to 3 of the bedrooms is via a metal external spiral staircase. This was no problem to us in dry spring but maybe a problem if wet or snowing.

Everything from the mediaeval bedroom to breakfast in the courtyard....great service. The breakfast was excellent. A great place to stay in a wonderful World Heritage city.

when we arrived in the afternoon there was nobody there. we were ringing the bells , calling nobody answered for at least 20 min.
when a lady answered she spoke German and we didn’t understand anything.
it was more than 30 min we were standing in the cold with our suitcases that we were told in English what to do .
room is old . needs maintenance

We had a nice stay at this charming Pension. The room was very spacious and well furnished. Great view out to the marketplace. Location is excellent, directly in the heart of old town. A healthy, generous breakfast was happily served every morning. We will gladly return again and recommend to others.

location is great.. everything is walkable from the hotel.. rooms gives you vibes of 70's vintage.. host (forgot the name of the lady) was quite generous. She speaks a bit of English as well. There is a parking spot within the premises of the hotel.

Would not recommend it. Breakfast was best feature. Rooms are clean.
Just a little too far off the main tourist area. Looks like it’s about to go out of business. Brochure shows attached restaurant and cafe, both closed. No interaction with staff except server at breakfast.

A wonderful house, built in 1637. You live in a museum with all modern conveniances. The room (no. 1) is spacy, we had the remains of a real fireplace incorporated into the kitchen decour. The breakfast took place in the hotel's restaurant, everything tasty, room nicely decorated with antique pieces and live flowers. We really loved the place. The location is wonderful - 5 min to the historical City Hall, 7 min to the nearest 'Lidl'. In the room everything is thought about - cups, plates, cultry, even salt and sugar.
We loved the hotel!
If we come to Quedlinburg we'll stay here again.
The choice of foods for breakfast could have been bigger, although we never were hungry and everything was fresh and tasty. The windows (room no.1) overlooked the windows of the restaurant - we had to keep the curtains closed.
Mind that EVERYTHING is closed on Sunday, and also beware unexpected church holidays - everything (including supermarkets and restaurants) is closed as well!

The location is great. It's about a 10 minute walk from the train station and right on a small square that had venues set up for the holiday season. It was quiet overnight and a short walk to the busier part of old town.
