Čisté, pohodlné ubytování. Kousek obchod, kousek do centra, poblíž kavárny, restaurace, parkování na pozemku. Pračka, myčka, klimatizace, pohodlné postele, nápomocný majitel. Skvělé bylo venkovní posezení.

Casa perfetta così come in foto, nuova e molto confortevole. Dotata di climatizzatori in ogni stanza e ci è stato fornito gratuitamente sia la culla che il seggiolone per mia figlia piccola. Inoltre è dotato di parcheggio comodissimo e un piccolo spazio all'aperto. Orientativamente è circa a 15 minuti a piedi dal centro storico o dalla spiaggia. Vicino casa ci sono tutti i servizi necessari raggiungibili a piedi. Sia Sandro che il padre sono stati sempre gentili e disponibili, speriamo di ritornarci presto.

Non c'è niente che non mi sia piaciuto. L'unico miglioramento potrebbe essere un tavolino con sedie nello spazio all'aperto xké è molto comodo e riservato con la siepe.

Everything it was clean and well organised. We had a very good welcome from the owner and also a quick check out. The location is near the train station and with a 10 minutes walk you are in the city centre. Also the owner gave us a list of things to do and all the info of nearby facilities.

Really a superior house 🏠 new and elegant and very comfortable for a family with kids. The owner is very kind and and helpful providing useful info on local attractive places and restaurants etc. Moreover the town is astonishing. Super ☀️ choice

Everything Beautiful and clean home equipped with any comfort including a functional kitchen and two separate bedrooms for major privacy, in addiction to the kind availability of the hosts. My old dad enjoyed the fact that it lays on ground floor. I will definitely consider it for next visits in the future,thank you! Carolina

Spacious apartment with everything you need for an extended stay. Convenient location, secure parking, helpful owner whose father is next door and was very kind and made sure we had a pleasant stay.

It's on a busy road but the glazed windows ensure traffic noise is very minimal.

Location was equidistant between the waterfront and the centro storico. Ammenities just outside the front door. It's also a stones' throw from the train station. Impeccably clean and basic necessities plus some extras provided for the stay by the host. Host gave lots of helpful tips and info about where to eat and visit. Super new and comfy space with modern appliances.

Checkout at 11 didn't allow for even 10 minutes leeway for us to pack up and get out with our newborn baby- the cleaners were already waiting outside at 10:55. Very stressful departure that could have been avoided with a friendly message the day before reiterating the extremely strict checkout time. Host did grant us some extra minutes after he saw us in difficulty. Given there are a lot of mosquitoes outside the property, it might have been good to have insect screens on the windows so that we weren't forced to keep everything closed 24/7 with the air con on even when it wasn't so hot outside. .
