it’s an older development/condo but the host kept the apartment in good shape!

It's a comfortable stay and had the basics available: comfy beds, air con, TV, kettle, hair dryer, body soap and shampoo, etc. There is a swimming pool as well which almost looks like an infinity pool but is not.

The place is not well-maintained. The sauna feels like it's not in functioning order. The pool is nice but somewhat feels abandoned. The water feature at front of resort is not working. Pity.

Good place but...

The location is close to Midvalley mall and Sogo. There is a "Restaurant" but it is more of a convenience store per se. Not sure if it is halal but they do sell maggie cups and noodles. The price of their items are reasonable. The room itself is fine. Has a lot of beds and plently of place to walk around the apartment. Quiet too. The toilets has amenities like shampoo, body wash and toilet papers. The water pressure is great. Feels like getting a massage(not kidding). Toilet is bigger than singapore HDB so no complains! Balcony can fit 5 people no issues but might be a bit squeezy. Careful of the hot water as it gets really hot! Very fast wifi so no problem doing work if you have to!

The TV could be better to be frank. The whole 2 days stay we did not use the TV as there wasn't any Netflix and so on. Please Mr Ng, take note of this. Very limited power outlets so please bring a multi plug if you have atleast 5 people over! Our room was not facing the river so that was a let down as the pictures showed we were getting a room facing the river. The single bed at the living room is too hard to sleep on. Feels like there is no padding at all. The king/queen bed are the most comfortable beds. The lighting in the room is very random. What I mean by this is sure it lights up the room but thats it. Does not help create any ambience e.g like time to sleep or eat. The aircon in the living room is too weak. It takes awhile to make the room feel cold even when I put it at 16 degrees. The first night we stayed there, one of my friends woke up to the sound of someone walking and knocking the door but I suspect some fella did it. When we wanted to go to the mailbox, we entered the 1st lift to the door and when we wanted to go to our apartment, we went to the second lift which was supposedly under maintenance but it opened. The lift lights were flashing and it went down a bit. It was a very very scary experience. The lobby was dead as in there is no aircon and lights. During the day they turn off the lights and try to get the natural lighting but... . Overall, good place to stay for no more than 3 days 2 nights.

If you’re driving to the property, you’ll have to be prepared to face some hassles checking in and checking out. 1. Park car at the lobby 2. Exit car and look for security guard table near the entrance 3. “Sign in” in the sign in book 4. Once verified, enter building, take lift to level 3 and look for mailbox 5. Retrieve accommodation keys, parking card and parking sticker from mailbox 6. Head back down to level 1. Enter car. 7. Drive car to carpark entrance and tap using the car card 8. Drive to level 6 (which mine was) and park car at the designated spot. 9. Exit car and take lift to level 15 (which mine was) When Checking Out : All of the same steps but in reverse order

Bayu Marina Resort a nice stay for me n my husband.

I like because it has balcony, unblock n seaview. Few minit to Mid Valley by grab. The manager Mr Ng is very helpful n response to all my call n watsapp. He full fill all my request. Thank you so much Mr Ng

Toilet door got noisy sound. Iron board to small. Pillow uncomfortable. Other than that's all ok.

Appreciate the clear instructions of checking in and checking out. Clean floor and toilet.

Not bright enough on dining and living area. The swimming pool is very dim at night, look very errie. Same price as the sea view unit, suggest the 10th floor unit should be cheaper. A bit disappointed with no view due to the fact the seaview unit is taken up before we book.

The location is close to Mid valley south key.. Check- in was easy .

however the building was quite rundown.. my unit is at level 10 .. corridor is quite run down and carpet looks dirty… it’s very dark and quiet.. Room has wifi however the TV depends on it and is lagging…I only saw the movie for first 5 mins and later on its blank and just the sound.. I tried on off few times .. same..

Very good

Place is convenient and opposite and near mid valley mall. Owner also very helpful contacting me on how to checkin n out and also recommend places to eat for dinner and breakfast. Chosen unit not facing river but still ok. Overall quite okay.
