Best Place to relax and Chill.

The room was in excellent condition. Bright lit. Clean and comfortable.

Due to flyover construction and one way restrictions. You had to take a big U-turn to reach the apartment.

Good value for money and overall a comfortable stay, the basement room may not be for you if you are a fussy sleeper. Gr

Spacious room, has a wardrobe , good mattress, good toilet and shower.

Room we had was in the basement which was not clear during booking. However the owner gave us a call to explain and offered us to view the room before confirming. We took the room after viewing as we were only staying for the night. Walls are not thick as you could hear people talking outside.

So clean, cannot have imagined such cleanliness and clean white linen and good quality matresses... it had a wonderfully maintained kitchen, fridge, washing machine... the host was super helpful and friendly

Lovely Stay in Mangalore!

Great service provided by suvarna grande homes - Staffs were really helpful.The property is in the city of mangalore, was neat and every facility informed was available, spacious and worth every penny.the room was very pleasant and it was cozy and clean. We felt it was really safe for the family to stay. On my next stay, I will definitely check into suvarna again.The price performance ratio is very good, reasonable and affordable.

Hello, We always try to find a nice Service apartment instead of a hotel on every trip we do and after staying in many hotels of this kind we are 100% sure that Suvarna Grande Homes was our best choice. The location is very close to the heart of the Mangalore city and safe. Rooms are spotlessly clean and large enough with lot of facilities like washing machine, refrigerator, Ac in both the rooms, WIFI, Lift etc to feel comfortable even for a long stay for a group of people. The owner and hosts are very nice people with a very gentle character of hospitality. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting downtown. Thanks

Only Con is they are charging taxes for which there is no bill.

Single socket for charging/mosquito coil in bedroom. Mosquito mesh for room windows were not there.

Best places to stay in mangalore

The property was very clean and wonderful. we reached rather late in the night and yet both the owner and staff were more than accommodating. the owner also provided with a list of good places to eat and allowed us a little more time to sleep in.

Very nice home stay with comfortable beds and they also have a kitchen with fridge and washing machine. Harshid has been very helpful in assisting us with other requirements during our stay. Highly recommended for a good home stay feel.

As expected looking at pictures. Neat, spacious and well maintained.

Location is close to city centre. It is located in a residential area and very close by to the main road. The apartment was neat and well maintained with all the necessary facilities availability. We had food outside so no comments on it. Owner was courteous, prompt and shared required info related to the city and surroundings.

May be keep flasks to bring in any hot beverages required rather than get them in plastics from the restaurant.

Good place to stay if you want home stay

House is very much comfort and location also good. It is on NH 66 only. Staff is very much helpfull and informative.

Little bit cleaning is needed as the doors are with pest/termites.

Location and accessibility was good.

Apartment was not maintained- walls were dirty and cockroches, spiders and termites were found. Due to to that It was very uncomfortable to sleep in the night.

The property has big rooms, cleanliness and the location of the property is an area where we can get anything required including food. The staffs also better cooperative and considering the gusts.

So far nothing to dislike. All the facilities found comfortable.
