the bedside light didn't work, the sink was almost blocked in the bathroom (extremely slow to drain) no mugs to go with the coffee/tea sachets

Large clean room, no room cleaning or clean towels at the weekend. bed ok, but I am not used to a single bed.

The bed was uncomfortable the mattress didn't stop me feeling the bed struts underneath. Also I think toilets should have a lid which this one didn't.

There was no cups in the room toliet had not been cleaned and shower temperature was not good and plug sockets right behind our pillows on bed

Very clean and modern, warm and homely. kitchen area is spotless as are the rooms and bathrooms. 5* all round

Nothing everything was perfect

The room itself was great and easy to find. It's a great location, I just wish they would have honoured the floor request.

The room was dusty and not set for 2 people, we were only given one bath towel. Through the app we asked for a 1st floor room but was given ground floor and the people in the room above were stomping round early in the morning.

Bed very comfortable. Lots of room and storage space. Very useful large desk.

Lighting was a bit marginal and very oddly located switches. Shower very tricky to get to right temperature and was painfully powerful. Very little dedicated parking available. Small low-definition TV. A bit grim and lacking any means of refreshment, breakfast etc. The site is very out of the way for shops and services. Broken light in bathroom pointed out but was not acted on. No view.

Clean and tidy

Reception is in a sports centre, you have to queue up with people going to the gym and booking swim sessions etc. No plates or cutlery. No wifi information in room. Light above toilet didn't work. When calling reception there is a recorded message, no human to talk to. Advertised there is a swimming pool to use, however, there were no "pool sessions" on that day! Poor experience I'm afraid.

There were two single beds. The shower. The cofffee.

Where do I begin… Uncomfortable beds, no staff anywhere! Tiniest tv, and no WiFi. Made the evenings long and painful. Couldn’t use the facilities because of covid. Those that could be used were time restricted and far from the hotel located in another building. Overall, really cheap and tacky, not worth the price being asked for. Would never stay here again. The one thing I found strange was there was no one else here, not even staff. It felt very unsafe.

I like to gym and the swiming pool is there :)
