A beautiful quiet masseria. Just dont go there if you need to work from your room

The staff all round were very friendly and gave good local advice. Breakfast was copious and delicious. Each night ~I was there I had the fixed menu for EURO 35 and local estate wine for EURO12. The food really was excellent and above expectations. Margherita the waitress was totally charming. The room was very comfortable with good AC. Surroundings very quiet and well located for visiting many of the charming towns and cities of Puglia including Lecce.

The major disappointment and, indeed, inconvenience, was the fact that there was no reliable WIFI in my room and as I was on a working holiday this was troublesome for such an upmarket place The local 5G connection was very intermittent and often reduced to 3G or E. This gave me lots of issues and I had to resort to sitting on occasion in the office area of the Masseria I order to use the WIFI in that part of the hotel.

We thoroughly enjoyed stay and food!

The staff were great and the restaurant food was excellent. We ate their every night which was easy with the 3 kids. Beautiful 3 course meal which was delicious. The kids loved the pool as it is huge! The family rooms are spacious and good value.

Wonderful hospitality in a family run business in a heart of Puglia

Best quality and hospitality during our 2-weeks road trip in Italy. Caring and friendly hosts. Tasty and plentiful breakfasts and dinners (home cooking, excellent value for money, typical local cuisine). Spacious 2-level apartment with fireplace, decorated with natural materials. Super comfortable beds. Beautiful area, swimming pool, gardens, tennis court. Friendly dogs who always welcomed us! Tons of thanks to Mariateresa, Oxana and Andrea and the team for making our stay a memorable one!

Amazing estate, better then the pictures. We will come again!

Amazing place, the pool and the quality of the food was the best.

In the beginning it was tricky that they do not serve lunch. But we travelled by car during the days to nearby towns for lunch. And we got “lighter” lunch with sandwiches and fruit in the Masseria by the pool.

simply amazing, loved every minute, cannot fault it in any way.

We had an amazing 3 night stay. The hosts could not have been more help or accommodating. Roxanne did everything possible to ensure we enjoyed our stay. The room was exceptionally clean, the pool was peaceful and relaxing and the food was simply fantastic. The best food out of our whole time in Italy. We loved it here and will be back. Would highly recommend

Value for money great staff nice rooms and breakfast

Staff was excellent very kind and pro active. Excellent room. Great fresh breakfast. Great wine with small plates of food. Cosy pool area. We want to come back and stay longer next time.

A quiet spot amongst the produce

I loved the friendliness of the owner and staff and all the dogs wagging their tails to greet you. The breakfasts were full of on site products, peach, pomegranate and other juices amazing. The room was delightful, bed was good but could have had a few more little essentials

I’d like to see some of those slippers supplied as the tile is cold . Also the hot water is not that hot and when filled for a bath is at best like warm. Turning up the temp would help a lot. For those of us who get up early it would be nice to have coffee before 8am . These are small things And would not stop me from returning.

The most amazing stay one might have

Everything was truly outstanding!! Starting from meeting us at the airport and arranging the transfer to the farm, then meeting Oksana who is the most amazing woman and the most caring host. Talking about the property, it os a wonder! Beautiful authentic area with older style architecture, perfectly maintained clean and spacious rooms with a very special atmosphere and even a fire place in our room. Moreover, the area is huge and full of olive, fig, lemon trees, grapes, pomegranates, you can also find tomatoes and what not. The four friendly dogs are at the property and they are great companions to walk at the territory! Very playful creatures. I cannot forget the food for dinner and breakfast. Simply outstanding 4-course menu with freshest ingredients prepared simply but with a lot of flavor and care. Great primitivo wine! The table at breakfast was plentiful and full of appetizing things, especially their foccaccia. I would definitely say it was the best place I ever stayed in Italy and i traveled quite a lot. Special thanks to Oksana for being such a warm, caring and kind lady who helped us enormously and took great care of the property and customers. Bravo!

We had a lovely three night stay here - incredibly friendly owners and amazing evening dinners!

Lovely peaceful pool surrounded by lemon trees. The various dogs that roam the property are all very friendly and my children loved petting them all! The only slight negative is that the outside pergola meant for breakfast was full of wasps so we had to eat our breakfasts indoors. This may have just been an unusually waspy week! The dinner we enjoyed there on the first night was outstanding - incredible food, and so much of it! The owners are incredibly friendly and nothing is too much trouble - she happily recommended various restaurants in the local town to visit on our last night, as well as some in the beautiful town of Ostuni, which is just 25 mins drive away. Would definitely recommend this place to friends for a few nights stay - especially good if you're travelling back home from Brindisi as only 20 mins away.

The wifi was a bit weak.

We stayed at Masseria Incantalupi for a week with our family of five, and we had a perfect experience. The place itself is a small paradise amidst the fields of olive trees: a large pool, lots of green and cozy places in the shade to relax. The rooms (made in a Masseria = large farm) are spacious and tastefully decorated. The Masseria is still active and produces its own wine, olive oil, almonds and many fruits. All are served to the guests during breakfast and dinner: delicious. The breakfast deserves special attention: next to the fresh fruit, they serve home made pies, jams, and local cheeses and cold cuts. And lastly the service: all personnel was extremely kind, interested and helpful, from the service personnel, the restaurant personnel to the owners. We were very sad to leave and would highly recommend it to everyone.

It’s really a beautiful and oriented country side style. It has a character and I like it because you really feel like in a farmhouse. The dinner (foods and the wine) were excellent and Maria is very friendly and helpful.

The internet connection needs to be upgraded. We couldn’t really use the internet from our room.

Amazing service and beautiful location

We were one of the few guests staying at the hotel so we received a bigger room (family room) which was amazing. The masseria is beautiful, beautiful pool and patio. We received excellent service from the staff member who brought us a light lunch at the pool. We had dinner at the restaurant which was delicious.

The location is quite remote, but this was fine for us as you can eat at their restaurant
