Never again.

*Ok breakfast for the price. *Always free sunbathing chairs on the roof terrace.

*AC that doesn't cool down the room. *No soundproofing what so ever in the room. *Squeaking hinges on doors. *Elevators that doesn't work. If you don't like/need to sleep and like drunk loud Germans this is the hotel for you.

Very good

Have to say for what I paid for a 5 nights all inclusive. You wouldn't get a studio apartment for the price. The food was pretty good., always plenty of choice to choose from.

The fact one lift kept breaking down for the length of my stay. Putting hugh pressure on guest trying to get to and from their rooms. Surely it should be sorted pronto especially as it was high season

wouldn’t return, not much English spoken and the hotel does not tell the truth on the advert

no pool as stated, no snack bar as stated, receptionist Jaime had no interest although the afternoon receptionist was helpful and the manager eventually was lovely after offering us free all inclusive drinks to cheer us up as we couldn’t be moved hotel

Arrived at the hotel before stated check in time to be told they have no room for us we need to go to MLL Palma Bay a taxi is booked. I booked this hotel far in advance and both the hotel and booking.com had emailed me details of MLL Caribbean but neither company bothered to inform me there was no room at the hotel for me and that I would be moved to a cheaper hotel

You get what you pay for!

Location was great for the beach and transport links.

Room was very basic, which I guess is reflected in the price. But the pillows were really lumpy and the toiletries were foam rather than gel. Easy fixes for a better over all score.

polite friendly staff, spacious clean room with climate control, comfortable beds, delicious food.

Everything was absolutely amazing! Lovely spacious room with climate control, a huge balcony and very comfortable beds. The restaurant has a very wide range of delicious food. The staff is polite, friendly, helped many times with the problems that arose (early check-in, transfer, printing of documents). I recommend!!!

It was very nice, relaxed but if I could change I would change the food for 100%

Rooms were clean and the hotel was in good location, close to the beach and shops

bathroom was very small, food for me was tragic, didn't like the taste of water and also food was mostly fried or without flavour, also fruits were not sweet, no flavour,,

The worst hotel I've ever been

I liked only the location

Dirty room, dirty sheets, the size of the room and toilet is small. Too over - priced. The tube was broken, so when you take a shower the water is coming in the room. When we spoke with the staff about this basic problems, they lied that they will do something about it. They did exactly nothing. No toilet supplies, not even the basic like soap. We are very disappointed. On the top of everything on the bottom of the pool there is mold.

Security behave rude and personal doesn't solve problems

We booked two rooms on one name. As I left, my friend stayed in his room but on my name, because I prolonged the reservation for one room ad the recipintionist suggested. But They through my friend out of the hotel and his room..eventhough he paid by creditcard. The security didn't let him in inside the room. They stole his Electronics and through his back on the street. The recipionist didn't want slove the problem. Treated my friend as criminal. Very rude and educated

No unpleasant surprises!

Excellent wide choice for breakfast. Everything available in the room, plenty of space. No sign of dirt throughout.

Lack of air conditioning in reception area. Pool area not available until ten am. It would have been lovely to follow our breakfast (finished at various times around 830)with a relaxing meet up with six friends around the pool from nine-ish.unfortunately we perspired in reception until we all gathered.

During one week, we managed one night with normal sleep.

Clean and ok room. Breakfast not recommendable..

Hotel not recommended for families or anyone above 25 years. A hotel with parties around the clock. Youth without respect for anything.

The pool on the top floor was nice.

The pool with the bar was crowded, and full of loud teens. This part wasn't good.

Pool and location great.

it's not all inclusive! You get (awful) wine at dinner or beer, and that's about it! The food is pretty bad. Staff not very friendly.

The location, the hotel was really close to the beach, restaurants and bus stations. The staff was helpful.

It wasn't the cleanest, and got pretty noisy at night because of other guests staying at the hotel and partying.
