Fantastic Spa Hotel, highly recommended!

Our room was cosy, comfortable, and very clean. The hotel lobby and corridor smell amazing of essential oil. The hotel staff were very pleasant, polite, and helpful. The location was great as the hotel was strategically located and near to all the places we wanted to visit. We tried the Herbaline Wellness Spa located on the 2nd floor of the hotel. It was a wonderful experience. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Ipoh.

Aging room, poorly maintain

Water pressure is big, good for shower. 24 hrs check in available, we reached around 3am. Parking is available for free.

The entire room is poorly maintain. I stayed in room 219 and in fact there's no sign board for the room and reception told me that it's newly renovated so it's not on the directory wall. In fact, it's not. The room is not maintained and it felt like ages. The Wallpaper fell off the wall edges. The bed is super moist like you can feel the dampness and coldness. Given i was super tired as i just back from Thailand day trip and reached in midnight, i just fell asleep. The hotel check out time is earlier than other (11am). The location is like 5km away from the tourist makan spot. Plenty of parking is available (safe). The mattress was sagging also. I give it a high expectations given that the other sojourn are doing well, but the ipoh branch does not.

Location and cleanliness

No TV channels, only YouTube and own casting with mobile, casting device also not responsive. The room looks smaller than picture with wash bin next to bed is not something I enjoy.

Amazing and impressive!

Bestest hotel in Ipoh. Rooms were very clean and filled with lemongrass scent, our entire stay felt very relaxing and perfect. Love it very much! Will definitely be back again. Thank you, Sojourn Spa!

Perfect for the price

Sehr schönes und ruhiges Hotel in Ipoh.

Wir haben ein kostenloses Upgrade für ein größeres Zimmer bekommen. Die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet, die Betten waren bequem. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hotels war ruhig.

Leider bietet das Hotel kein Frühstück an.

Cozy & relaxing

Parking reserved for the guests, smell nice like spa (lemongrass which was so refreshing upon entry in the reception until to the rooms). Shower and toilet is separately with an open sink in the middle (love). The beds & pillows were soft & comfortable. Also love the coconut cookies & jujubes received and the shower gel, shampoo with hair conditioner provided (can purchase them in the lobby). A spa is also in the same building. Great location in Greentown where restaurants, mini marts are there. Definitely will repeat again.

Check out is at 11am, unlike the normal 12pm elsewhere.

Enjoyable stay

The spa was great. The staff were welcoming. The room was spacious and clean. It's a nice modern hotel.

The lack of other facilities like a gym area or pool would have been nice. More activities, bars, restaurants in the surrounding area.

Room is very spacious, very cozy environment. .Mama kitchen food is nice. Herbaline facial facility.. Hope the hotel will upkeep the cleaniness.

Bird drop at sheltered car park. Herbaline massage not that fantastic The light on the ceiling of the beds are too strong, need to set it dimmer

I'd have given a 10 if not because of poor car park facility

Cleanliness and the scent of lemongrass all over the hotel

Insufficient car parking and I had to park under wooden trusses that doesn't have glass canopy My car was littered with dirty water stains and bird droppings the next day after a night of drizzle

So far so good, but may try to request not to stay at room 302-305 because the neighbor's dog HAHA.

The front-desk staff are friendly, the aromatic scent at the lobby & corrido is so pleasant, the free biscuit & sweet that provided by the front-desk staff are tasty.

Sound proof can be improved, I can clearly hear people passing by walking & talking outside. I stayed at room 304, the dog from the building which is right outside of my window keep barking all night long... The quality of the pillows also need to be improved.
