El apartamento en sí está precioso, muy limpio, modernito, y muy bien insonorizado. Aún no siendo muy grande, tiene de todo y muy cómodo. Está justo en la plaza y con las ventanas cerradas no se oye nada, y de cara a poder hablar con tranquilidad en casa a ciertas horas creemos que está insonorizado, porque no escuchamos a nadie, y pensamos que nosotras tampoco molestamos. No incluye desayuno como tal, pero teníamos cápsulas de café para elegir y una caja de corbatas de Unquera, la verdad es que hemos estado de lujo, ha sido una gran experiencia. Y ya, el tema de abrir las puertas del portal y casa con una clave y no preocuparte de llaves nos ha parecido una gozada. Elena nos recibió a la hora, nos explicó todo superbien desde el viaje de ida, y nos dio un montón de indicaciones de lugares para ver. Hemos salido encantadas.

Can get noisy from surrounding restaurants and disco. But the double glazed windows provide sound proofing if kept closed.

Nice little apartment in the middle of Llanes. The owner is friendly and helpful. Overall nothing to complain.

Perfect location, incredibly friendly and helpful staff (they were eager to help any time we needed them, available on whatsapp in English), super clean apartament, fully equipped kitchen, large and comfortable bathroom.

Loved the location, very central and convenient to cafes, bars and restaurants. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. Also Elena came to meet us in the town on our arrival so we could follow her to the apartment...excellent and very friendly service.

The location was more than perfect !! in the middle of the town.

Maybe the fact that the booking was for 4 people , and the second room was only one bed, what it means that one kid should sleep in the living room.
