The room was spacious and clean. Everything was there that was needed to be. The host was great and helpful

A great little self-service BnB. Host friendly and helpful over the phone, to get key code for key safe. Room and bed comfortable. Toilet and really nice shower in room, no sharing! Biscuits with the tea/coffee in room.

Might want to keep an eye on the window condensation in morning - make sure it doesn't escalate.

the shower couldn’t get a good setting on it the shower was either freezing or boiling hot

The bed was super comfy and the room very quiet.

The only VERY slight criticism was the Frosties were a little stale but it’s winter so they don’t get eaten I suppose! Everything else for the breakfast was excellent. No full English but that was fine.

Very relaxed stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Easy self check-in. Staff kindly let me keep my room key while I explored Weymouth so I could come back and pick up my bag.

The b&b was very clean, the owner is very friendly and will help if needed, a good selection of choice of breakfast, very close to the beach and other amenities. Would definitely return again

A very small room for £190 a night and no cooked breakfast which I didn’t know before I booked it on line (my fault) the shower was great but over all the bathroom is very cramped, the bed is so close to the window and curtains you have to crawl on the bed to get in and out….no space between the bed and window. They need to offer a cooked breakfast especially for those prices and the wrong side of Weymouth…long walk, under a couple of underpasses and a stolen car with police aware signs on it to get close to the town and harbour. Host wasn’t present in the morning.

The host was so lovely and welcoming, the location was excellent and the whole stay was very relaxed.

The B&B was very conveniently located and had a very welcoming host. The room was very small, but suffice for a one night stay. The breakfast arrangement was perfect (healthy) for us with plenty of choice.

The temperature adjustment on the shower in room 2 was not working across its full range, so you had a choice of a very hot or super hot shower, so very short showers to avoid burning. The B&B was great for a last minute booking, but was very pricey and way over our normal budget.

The breakfast was the right quantity. It was also in A relaxed environment. There was also a decent place to park the car.

The bedroom didn't have enough room. With having suitcases it was difficult to move about.

The host was fab my cheeky girls mentioned they liked lucky charms for breakfast so the host went out and bought some! So thoughtful and kind!

This was a booking for just one night but the owner was such a nice guy and so helpful. He made you feel very welcomed and he was happy to talk about the place. The room was warm, comfortable and the bed was comfortable. We had parking right outside and we were on the ground floor which was amazing as we are both disabled. So much choice for breakfast and the bathroom was SO beautiful using wood and up to date facilities. Very spacious and lots of room.

There wasn't anything we didn't like at all.

All good as expected.

Was as we expected, fairly standard facilities kept to a high standard, nice en suite shower room and good self service breakfast despite being advertised as room only. Pete was a friendly host and kept in contact throughout our stay offering help with washing and drying facilities etc.

Bed was very hard, only thing we didn't really like.

Love this place! Everything about it is special. No doubt we will be back next year.

We were made to feel welcome. We had all our requirements met. Easy access to both guesthouse and room. Appreciated a ground floor room,difficulty climbing stairs. For us everything was perfect,no complaints. Peter was very obliging.
