Der Check in zu jeder Tageszeit, ganz einfach am Terminal. Rituals auf dem Zimmer. Der Wasserkocher mit einer kleinen Auswahl an Kaffee und Tee. Das super Frühstück. Es gab von allem ein bisschen. Dadurch war alles immer frisch und es wurde schnell wieder aufgefüllt. Ein kleiner Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer.
Die Dusche hat zu wenig Wasserdruck. Wenn man den Regenduschkopf anmachen wollte, spritzte es in alle Richtungen. Dieser könnte mal entkalkt werden. Aber das ist meckern auf hohem Niveau. Der normale Duschkopf reicht ja auch zum Duschen.

Kein warmes Wasser beim duschen, da die Warmwasserbereitung der Heizung wohl über Nacht ausgefallen ist.

Breakfast was good and had a vast variety of food to choose from. Loved the room.
That I had to carry all my luggage to the 4th floor. It was heavy and I did not like climbing so many stairs.

I truly enjoyed the location of the hotel as I was visiting to go to the Halloween Burg Frankenstein event. The owners were very polite and professional. I also like the self check-in system outside the hotel, really technologically advanced! The freshly made breakfast in the morning is also a plus!
No complaints concerning the hotel. I cannot find anything I do not like about it as the stay was most pleasant.

All the staff are very friendy.
The location is perfect if you are going to attend an event at Frankenstein´s castle.
They offer coffee, tea and apetizers for free.
The rooms do not have air conditioning nor mosquito nets on the windows

super friendly and helpful staff, accommodating us at a our late check in. And upgrading our room to have a better stay for our dog! great breakfast!
we really liked the hotel! if we have to find anything, it’s only that we didn’t immediately understand how the shower switch works :-)

The breakfast buffet was out of this world. Never seen anything like it. It was small, but it had everything and more (!) that you could want. Fresh fruit, great cheeses and everything was made with love you could tell. Also there were even vitamins and flavours for your coffee. Also wheat-free and milk-free alternatives. It was also quiet there and the staff was friendly.
Luckily, it wasn't hot during our stay, but I'm sure that when it's hot outside it's gonna be hot in the rooms, because unfortunately there is no air condition. Also I didn't like the fact that there were wireless telephones in the room, but you can switch them off easily. making the radiation worse.

The lack of reception when arriving before 10pm is slightly disturbing and the notice for wifi access wasn't out so I couldn't catch up on work.
