Situated in Avon, this charming house for £217 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. *Avon business license 008898* Beautifully remodeled 1700 sq ft end-unit townhome in the heart of Avon with private 1-car garage. Recently added Central Air Conditioning to keep you comfortable during warm summer months. Comfortably sleeps 6 adults. Can hold up to 8 people if 4 of the 8 are children (please message me if you would like to book for more than 6 people). Hardwood floors throughout. 3 minute walk to free skier shuttle. Steps away from Nottingham Lake, restaurants and shopping. 3bed/3bath with great layout including a gas fireplace, garage, and 2 private balconies. Perfect for small groups or 2 families. NOTE that unit has 3 levels, with the main level on the 2nd floor and master on the 3rd floor. Located in a small complex, you can peacefully enjoy your mountain getaway while only sharing a wall with one other unit! With a bedroom and a bathroom on each floor, guests are able to spread out, while all gathering together in the beautiful kitchen and living room. 1st floor The entrance to our home is located on the first floor of the property. You can access via the front door and the garage (please see below for detailed parking information). Note that there is a security camera outside on the front porch monitoring the front door entrance. The first bedroom and en-suite bathroom are located on the first floor. This bedroom has a full size bunk bed and a twin trundle that pulls out from the bunk bed. Park your car in the garage and avoid scraping off the snow, plus there is plenty of room to store your skis or bikes in the garage! No need to haul them up and down stairs each day. 2nd floor On the second floor you will find the main living space as well as the second bedroom and bathroom. Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need to cook a full meal during your stay. The dining table seats 6, with 4 additional spots at the kitchen counter. Relax in our cozy living room with a gas fireplace and watch your favorite movie or sports team on our 65” TV equipped with cable and a Blu-Ray player. We have a balcony off of the living/dining room with an outdoor dining set and gas grill for your convenience. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. 3rd floor The master bedroom and bathroom are located on the third floor. King size bed, double sinks, and private balcony. All bedrooms have TVs with DVD players (no cable in bedrooms), closets, and plenty of dresser space so you can unpack and feel at home during your stay. You will have access to our entire home with the exception of 3 owners closets. We have one on each floor. There is still more than enough storage in each of the bedroom closets and kitchen to store your things during your stay. Sleeping arrangements: 3rd floor master bedroom: king bed sleeps 2; 2nd floor: queen bed sleeps 2; 1st floor bedroom: 2 full size mattresses (bunk bed) sleeps up to 4 children, 1 twin trundle sleeps 1 child. Parking: We have 2 parking spots for our unit as outlined: 1. We have a private attached garage that holds 1 car. 2. You can park 1 car in the driveway. Note that there is no additional public overnight parking anywhere in Avon (free or paid). If your group will have more than 2 vehicles, please consider booking elsewhere as we will not be able to assist in overnight parking for more than 2 vehicles. Please note: Property is located near I-70 and can be impacted by noise if windows are open.

The place was filthy dirty, hair and dust balls everywhere (games carpet, couch), junk in and between cushions on the couch, dirty toilets, stained sheets and towels and the icing on the cake, the property management was terrible and the owners really didn’t seem to care. This place scared our memories of this trip.

If going to co in the summer you must have Ac especially at this vrbo. It is to close to the highway and it is very noisy. The Ac works but not that great.

Such a great find!

Such a great find!

My husband and I loved our stay here! The decor set the perfect mood for a cozy mountain getaway. The home was clean with plenty of amenities and really nice touches for the guests- such a great game selection! We loved how walkable Avon was and the close proximity to Beaver Creek. We will definitely make this a regular place for us to stay on future trips to the mountains.

What a pleasant discovery this gem of a condo was in beautiful Avon, CO. The upgraded interior finishes, tasteful and solid mountain-style furnishings make this well-equipped condo a very inviting and comfortable retreat. The attractive great room has a full kitchen, dining area, big flat screen TV and cozy fireplace. The bedrooms are spacious with great beds. The garage is accessible directly from the lower level. The location is convenient to skiing, shopping and good restaurants. Once you try this place once, it may become your favorite destination in this area! This place is a winner!
