Great Room style open concept home with private screened in lanai and pool in Royal Harbor area. Just minutes from Old Naples and beaches. Walk, bike, drive or Uber to the beach, Naples Bay Club, 5th Avenue or 3rd Street to experience a wide range of entertainment, fine dining and shopping options from your brand new, centrally located vacation home. This beautiful new home features a large Great Room and open Fisher & Paykel gourmet kitchen concept with 15-foot ceilings. The stainless steel gourmet kitchen is well appointed and fully equipped, including a Fisher & Paykel flush mount refrigerator, Fisher & Paykel 5-burner propane cooktop, Fisher & Paykel wall oven/microwave, Fisher & Paykel dishwasher drawers and Sub-Zero 40+ bottle wine refrigerator and 42 inch European-style wood cabinets. Dining table seats 8 ppl. Offers a combination of beautiful hardwood and tile flooring throughout the entire home with quartz kitchen and baths. Great Room provides ample seating with a 75-inch Sony smart TV. Master bedroom with King bed, 50-inch TV and attached master bath with walk-in closets. Bedroom #2 with two twin XL beds and 43-inch TV and attached bath. Bedroom #3 with a King bed and 43-inch TV with walk-in closet. The Great Room and Master Bedroom Suite open to the lanai/pool via over-sized sliding glass doors. Other amenities include: Private screened-in lanai with a 43 inch TV, outdoor seating and dining table, heated saltwater pool with water feature, wireless internet access, full size Electrolux washer/dryer in large laundry room, Sony sound bar for the 75 inch TV in Great Room, Wifi enabled Sonos 9-speaker sound system throughout the entire home, Outdoor Bluetooth speaker, tankless propane BBQ grill, tankless hot water heater, 4 cruiser bicycles with helmets and locks to ride to the beach or downtown Naples. Beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels. Two air mattresses with bedding for additional guests. This is a non-smoking home. No pets allowed. The home is also equipped with a backup electric generator that is fueled by a 500 gallon propane tank. In the event of a electricity outage, this fuel supply is enough to run the home during normal activity for 8 -10 days.

This home's perfect location to downtown Naples and NPC, its high-end interior, maximum amenities throughout the home, and overall comfort ranked it highest on our list of all VRBO stays so far. Add to this, easy checkin and checkout, and friendly & warm owners, Chris & Marlene, who are very quick to respond to any questions or requests.
We cannot say enough about this beautiful home! The pool and deck are so private and peaceful, and the great cruiser bikes & helmets made nearby excursions a blast! Our month of April at Pelican Haven was sheer Heaven. Can't wait to come back next year!

The house was amazing with everything that we needed to enjoy our stay. Communication with the owners was easy and they were extremely helpful. Absolutely nothing to complain about. We are booked for next year.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property - the place is wonderful for indoor / outdoor living, and they equipped / organized the place so well. The pool is on the smaller side but perfect for our very young kids. The location is super convenient to downtown naples, and overall we loved Naples and this house! Thanks Chris and Marlene!

Wonderful Stay
We really enjoyed our stay at this property - the place is wonderful for indoor / outdoor living, and they equipped / organized the place so well. The pool is on the smaller side but perfect for our very young kids. The location is super convenient to downtown naples, and overall we loved Naples and this house! Thanks Chris and Marlene!

I cannot say enough how accommodating and friendly Chris and Marlene were. My family especially loved the large kitchen/family room concept. Loved the heated salt water pool in the afternoon after spending the morning at the beach. Convenient to beach, shops and restaurants! My son and his wife loved biking to the beach and surrounding town. You provided many items that made it extra special, too many to list. Not sure what our plans are for next year but it would be great to return. Thanks for making our stay fabulous!

Pelican Haven is the best! - The only place we will stay in Naples now
We absolutely loved our stay at the Pelican Haven. This brand new house is absolutely gorgeous, immaculately clean, and in such a convenient location.
The entire stay was perfect, but here are a few highlights that we especially enjoyed:
1) The responsiveness of Chris and Marlene and their great advice on places to eat or visit during our stay.
2) The bicycles were a great addition. Less than 10 minute ride to the beach and even shorter down to 5th Ave for the restaurants and shops there was no need for a car.
3) Cleanliness of the property, super nice linens and bedding - it was like staying at a 5 star resort!
4) The screened-in pool area is the perfect gathering spot along with the outdoor grill. Very private and quiet.
5) Great technology in the house with the wireless speakers, TVs and smart thermostats.
Can't wait to book our stay again! Thank you Chris and Marlene!

The owners provided access to four bicycles to cruise around the Naples area and provided umbrellas, beach chairs and beach towels for our visit to the beach.
We decided to stay in and cook one night. The home has a fully equipped kitchen for people like us who love to cook. It also has a great BBQ grill that is very easy to use.
Without hesitation, we recommend this home to anyone who wants a great location and plenty of comfort.

Fabulous Stay at the Pelican Haven
My Family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Chris and Marlene's place. The house was a perfect getaway and exactly what needed. The pool and outdoor entertaining area was quite the hit with our group and the doors leading out to the pool pushed all the way into the walls - Nice feature! Our friends loved the cabana room as they had their own separate temperature gauge to control how cold they wanted the room to be without affecting the rest of the guests. Chris and Marlene were quick to respond when we had questions about where to go downtown for dinner and had the place looking immaculate upon our arrival. If you're traveling to Naples this is a must stay.
